Smells like Teenage Werewolf

Eiden:

Mom wasnt so worried about me inheriting the vyrwolf curse since this is a artifital world and there are no moon cycles.

So the birthday goes on as planned.

Dad expressed the possibility something else triggers it instead.

I try to find the ever allusive Tully but I had no idea where he was to ask more questions.

I do not think he is going to come to my party...

Mom and her best friend, Mooshie's mom Olga were hanging a sign up in the hall. I hear a tunnelish giggle and already felt embarrassed to what those two were up too.
I hope they weren't up to trying to set me up with Mooshie again.

There was only one girl for me...
*boyish daydreaming of young Francine*

Unfornatenly yesterday went so bad... imagine if I had given her that blasted ring.

I sit down not feeling wiser or older. Maybe NEXT year will be my year. Francine sure seems more mature at 20, it must be the year you really grow up.

I ponder this as Constantine and Tesla have a stare down at the doorway before he finely slides himself around him.

(Constantine): "Good morning to you too buddy."

He looks at me with a headtilt.

"Thanks for coming."

(Constantine): "I'm already regretting it bud, ran into Rowen's mom just now.... I think I should head out get him and bring him back to the party. That would be a good gift."

"Cause he'd be so wrecked, he wouldn't want to party..."

I look down, my mind cant even fathom what he must be going through....

(Constantine): "You dont know that, I wasnt on the wall... maybe he and Petrus are eating fucking bonbons around the pool..."

I look at him speechless.

"...Judge Man doesn't eat bonbons he eats ...baby dragons.." I whisper so Emmy cant hear me.

Francine:

I sneak into the party after Constantine, feeling bad about coming in so late.

"Happy birthday Eiden, feeling any older yet?"

I tease before pecking him on the cheek and handing him a gift.

"I hope you like it!"

***Hand carved wooden chess set****

Eiden:

Constantine gets Petrus triggered and says the f word like he can here...

The Queen will know...

*Looks around afraid I was even next to him when he said it*

Francine comes in and I smile.


"Hello..and no I dont.."

I laugh nervously wanting to say I DEAGED 5 years last night for sure...

I open up the gift not quite sure what it was but it was heavy, its a chest set. Beautifully carved!

"Oh wow this is beautiful." I stroke the wood thoughtfully.

"We gotta play."

Francine:

"Yes, we should!"

I smile very proud of myself for my thoughtful gift

"There looks to be a free table over there we can use?"

I glance back at Constantine somehow missing what just happened.

Constantine:

I scared Eiden, it has been years but I suppose I can never live down that night with Petrus.
She brought me to the boat to throw herself at me to 'ruin' the ritual and I ended up loosing the ability to physically touch others ironically. She got someone else to take care of the virginity but still got posssed the old fashion way, its not going to last as long though..

Francine and Eiden want to play chess. So wholesome. It made me SICK.
I need a SMOKE.

"Talented as ever Francine." I smile at her overly happy.

(Eiden): "She is this set is gorgeous, look at the detail."
He admires it as he sets up the game at the free table.

The kitchen team comes in, three big blonde men carry a whole horse with a apple in its mouth. Its layed on the dining table and Eiden's father congratulates his wife on hunting the beast from the Duke's estate. A little lovely toast about Eiden being a MAN (so embarrassing) is given, his father is a little drunk already.
The good wine is out.

"I'll let you two plates, so you can play undisturbed.."

(Eiden): "After that toast I am disturbed.." He awkwardly waves to some greets then refocused on the game.

I bring them a plate of horse with applesauce - a tunnel specialty.

And two cups of icecream fruit punch (non alcoholic)

Francine:

I try not to giggle at that embarrassing speech.

Poor Eiden.

While we played chess, Constantine acts as our server.

That was really nice of him, but I could imagine watching us play would have been very boring for him.

"Do you want a turn Cause?"

I ask, with respect to the chess set.

Eiden:

I try to win of course but I also was very distracted by Francine and charmed to not want to win..
"Better watch out.." I playful make my move.

Constantine was playing server and hovering around in general.

Its sort of wrong to think it but...
I really wonder when he is going back again?

Francine asks if he wants a turn and he leans on his elbows on the table.

(Constantine): "No that's ok, its the least I can do since I wasnt properly prepared with a present myself."

"You being here is a great present!" I assure him. Because it would have been the first birthday I ever had without him. He was older but always seemed to make time for us when those his age were too busy to bother with us. Even the kids younger he seemed invested in too.

I think being the leaders's son made him like our big brother and he took it seriously.

Well till lately...when he left..

I think much of the community misses him, his parents were larger then life legends I could never feel so familiar and honest with them. But him.. he seemed to be so down to earth and there for you when you needed him without fear of reproach.

Constantine seemed touched by my words and gave a little smile that wasnt fake.

(Constantine): "Thanks Eiden...and good luck shes almost winning.." He winks at Francine before leaving us to join his mother.

The tunnels were playing their ancestral 'banjo' music and Constantine playfully asks her to dance with him.

I look at the board confused, I thought I was winning, is there a move Im missing?

I blame that AWFUL music and try to deeply concentrate.

Francine:

I smile when Eiden gets right into the game.

I would have never guessed he was so good at strategy.

Constantine declines my offer to play and leaves our scene after having a tender moment with Eiden.

I wasn't doing bad on my side of the chess board but Eiden still clearly had the upper hand.

Hmm...

I take out one of his knights then look around to make sure we were alone.

*Steals a kiss accross the chess board while no one was watching.*

Eiden:

I want to impress her but she was good and I kept getting distracted by her hair....

Focus...

I watch her next move stealing one of the knights and I see a good next move to play when..
she captures my heart.

*kisses her back too DISTRACTED to feel transformation*

*Gasps of horror when the guests notice at last*
is it really THAT taboo to kiss in public?

(Mom): "Eden!"

OMD..come on...

Francine:

I pull back surprised at all the commotion.

After that "you're a man now" speech you would think Eiden's super strict parents would give him a break.

It takes me a moment to finally undertstand what I was seeing.

"Eiden?"

He looked terrifying.

I wait to see his reaction as I wasn't sure what his sudden transformation meant for him mentally.

I didn't do that did I? 

No.. this must be a strange side effect from that ring he found.

I try to negotiate silently to myself.

Constantine:

"Come now mother, didn't we have fun?" I pester her to no end for not humoring me to dance.

Of course we did when I was young but in the public eye she always had to be higher then thou to the people, their queen beyond reproach. Especially so after her deep humiliation layed out for everyone to see.

She was here for appearance, having put her gift on the table a knife of course what she gives every boy here.

She stroked my hair tiredly.

(Ettie): "Cause...stop hurting me so. Your not staying.."

I look at her conflicted wishing she would just try to enjoy the now.

the music stopping, a banjo hitting the floor. GASPS OF HORROR. Eidens drunk father fell over at his mother's scream.

I look over and see Francine snogging wolf face. Wait is that Eiden?

(Eiden): "Ohhh...this again.." He laughs nervously at everyone. Then looks at Francine. "Wheres that ring is your dad... poking it..somewhere..because..er..?"

(Katrin): "Eiden is is not good.." His mother inched closer nervously to see him.

(Tesla): "Clearly Francine's nature has brought this out.."

He gets a few looks. EVERYONE thought it but no on dared to say it.

(Ettie): "Now we do not know that..." She got up and I follow her.

"You look so tough though Eiden.."

*pets his face* (wearing glove obviously)

Francine:

I relax when Eiden still acted like himself.

((Dad are you analyzing that ring I gave you at all?))

(Adamaous) ((No.))

"I don't think so Eiden."

I say in response to his question while Ettimay and Constantine approach out table.

Tesla accused me of the current situation as always.

Why does he hate me so much?

Constantine pets Eiden's face.

What a very strange thing to do.

Eiden:

Francine says its not her father's doing. I ignore Tesla's input. We all know he has a CRUSH he cant deal with properly

I go to swat Cause's hand away because that's freaking weird...

I see my arm with claws and fur.

"AHh!" I back up quickly and nearly flip over.

*pants rips some more*

(Katrin): "Eiden sit down! Your going to make it worst.."

She was saying something to the queen before but I was too busy freaking out about my hand.

(Ettie)"Eiden your going to have to go into isolation, this is very dangerous not just your new found strength there is apart of the curse that you dont understand..."

"Rorst then thiz?" I shut my mouth wondering if I was going to loose the agility to talk next. turn into the full creature from last night?

*twitches*

Constantine leans on Francine's chair and tisks.

(Constantine): "You know every time I go to leave it just gets more interesting.."

Francine:

Eiden freaks out over his arm.

Thank Dane there weren't any mirrors around..

He then seems to lose the ability to enunciate his words.

I cover my mouth at what Ettie says to Eiden next.

Isolation?! Is it really that bad??

"Don't worry Eiden, we will all get to work on this right away!"

I try to encourage him.

Constantine makes an off beat comment about the situation and I turn to look a him.

"It's probably a sign."

I respond trying to get him to stay like I was sure everyone else was.

We could really use him right now.

Constantine:

Eiden's stunt with the ring seemed to be more complex then originally thought.

(Tristen): "If the kiss triggered it, would it trigger it back?"

(Eiden): "Dad.."

(Tristen): "Just saying??"

Francine tells me to take all this as a sign.
I stop leaning on her chair joking around. I very seriously lower myself to her level on the chair and whisper to her.

"Its a sign ...a sign I brought all this on, do you understand? Do you think any of this would happen if I didnt come back? Do you really think Im not contaminated. Look what being around me did to you, to Eiden. Both of you need to stay away from me."

I transport out dramatically as everyone was pushing and trying to see the new freak of the week to notice.

Francine:

Constantine leaves, blaming himself for this whole ordeal.

I sigh exasperated.

With Constantine gone and Eiden being taken away to isolation, I could not see how this day could get any worse.

Constantine:

*transports to wherever DAD was since he was not humoring the community with his presence like Mom*

"Hey everything ok? We missed you out there..."

I ask KEEPING MY PROMISE to sAY GOODBYE

Klaus:

I completely forgot it was Eiden's birthday.

Ettimay reminded me earlier this morning and I was panic gift wrapping an old TWILIGHT book for the boy.

I'm sure even if he was not a fan of vampires, he would enjoy reading about the WEREWOLVES.

Constantine enters my scene and I immediately stop what I am doing.

"My apologies, I.."

Tried :S 

I tilt my head sensing he was going to leave again.

So soon?

"Know of any telephones out there we can use to keep in contact?"

I tease sadly, know I was completely reliant on him stopping by.

I made some rash decisions a few years ago with one of Orion's son which lost me my visiting privileges I am afraind..

Constantine:

I was amused at his gift, seeing it half wrapped. Edien is finely old enough for Twilight

A book is perfect for ..isolation..
poor Eiden. I remember my time there not so fondly.

Dad knows why I am here and it already got a little sad in here.

It would be easy to stay but every since they both traded me back for their inactivity and compliance with the surface ... I dont feel right about it. They could have done so much more without me in their way, always being held against them.. If I stay they will be stuck in that familiarly forever.
With Joseph in power it was rare opportunity to be used here like never before. I still wanted to force Dad's hand and was willing to wait it out a bit longer then...5 weeks.

"I'm afraid I dont trust my homebase being secure enough yet, but maybe one day..."
I give him that.

"If you need to message me, send a runner to leave a letter in the loose brick, the alley next to the club. I can leave something there as well. Snailmail is going to have to do..but.."

Klaus:

It wasn't much but it was something.

I wander over to him and hug him.

"Your mother and I will keep a watchful eye out but we can't always be with you out there. Promise me you will be careful."

Constantine:

I hug him back strongly in case its the last time. I could never put in the words to fully cover how much I appreciated him over the years. I dont think I could ever be half the man he is.

"Thank you Dad, you may not understand what I'm trying to do now but don't forget I love you al'right?"

I transport away leaving him alone with Twilight.

Klaus:

Stand there for a few moment wondering if I should have let him go at all.

Having him safe and resenting me seemed like the better alternative to allowing him to endanger himself like this.

I pick up the partially wrapped give and slowly walk down to the party, or what was left of it.

Ettimay:

Klaus joins us and by his countenance I knew Constantine was gone again. I think it was only the searing reminder of Raginbar's possessiveness with Orion, me and the others that kept me from giving in to locking him up down here myself.

I was already pushing it with living so isolated like him.
I don't think I've been happier since compromising myself that night to get Constantine back. Having everyone I cared about down here in close quarters at my beck and call and not having to deal with the disgusting outside world anymore and all its reminders of how it wronged me was true paradise.

Constantine just had to go and ruin that... didn't he?

"Klaus..." I wanted to comfort him, like I should have after the episode with Francine as well. But instead I checked on Adam...
I try to whisk the thought away to why I comforted him instead, Klaus was just so much more stronger then Adamaous in every way.
Adamaous internalized everything and didn't express it fully, he would have left us if he thought too much about it, so I needed to give him extra attention. To not loose him too. That's all.

"..we have a problem with Eiden. The ring is not on him but the wolf returned.. when Francine kissed him." I report getting back to business.

*Eiden dying of embarrassment not only having peed on Klaus but now kissed his new publicly announced daughter hours between*

(Eiden): "Mum can we just ..go to isolation now please..." He whined at Katrin hiding his head from Klaus.

(Tristan): "Yes I think so..." His father agrees trying to get him out of there.

Klaus:

Ettimay read my expression which said it all.

I had yet to reveal to her what I told our son.

It was an effort on my part to keep him connected to us as apparently we needed to do more.

He was so young, he had no idea what the consequences would be if we started things up again.

Then again, Rowan and Petrus have been gone for far too long and their capture should not be ignored.

Ettimay mentions a new predicament with Eiden.

I glance over at Eiden and see that he looks.. wolf like.

*Hides Twilight book behind back.*

"Francine?"

(Francine) "I didn't do anything!"

I sigh.

"Perhaps we should call for another meeting to discuss these current happenings."

Adamaous and Noomi may soon have more on their plate than botany and medicine.

Ettimay:

"Its ok Francine we know you didnt..." I begin before noticing...

*Tesla has moved closer - StARING at her in JUDGEMENT*

"Eiden should not have put the ring on at all, it was an open door."
I state, "as innocent as it was unfornatenly sometimes that's how it goes.."

Klaus wants another meeting.

Is VERY quick to call Adamaous's mind

((We are having a meeting in 5 minutes at the Great Hall, I really hope you were not just moping about and have acutely looked at that ring or I will be very disappointed in you Adamous))

"They have been summoned." I tell Klaus and call back Eiden's mother.

"Stay Katrin. Tesla will help your husband.."

I did not trust Tristen to be able to control a werewolf... at all...
and Tesla needed to give Francine some SPACE. Really.

Adamaous:

Noomi and myself were both observing the ring on the table.

It confused me why such a ring would exist with potentially harmful side effects.

I would have thought a ring like this would have been used as a potential disguise to the wearer.

Noomi hovered her hand over the object and I tense up.

"Careful.."

(Noomi) "Do you forget Adamaous, I was a gypsy long before I met you."

"Yes, but is it really that kind of magic we are dealing with here."

(Noomi) "I don't know, why don't we open you mother's spell book and find out."

I shake my head.

"The book is a last resort."

Noomi gets up frustrated and leaves the table just as Ettimay summons us.

I try not to smile at her scolding.

"We are needed in the Great Hall in 5."

(Noomi) "What? But we barely had any time!"

I stare at the ring and hover my hand above it annoyed.

"I can't be certain unless I have another subject."

(Noomi) "We can't do that.."

I sigh.

"I know.."

*We both teleport to the Great Hall for the meeting.*

Ettimay:

Katrin sits by me rather intimated by everyone else. Mostly Adam.

"Thank you for coming, before getting into this new development ...may I ask did you dechyber the ring's origin at all?"

I had some idea what this was about... but of course they were 'professionals' who should have a say in it.

Klaus:

(Noomi) "It is most likely gypsy cursed to transform the wearer into their primordial form. Neither of us believe it to have any lasting effects though a second subject would be beneficial to solidify that conclusion."

(Adamaous) " We can either get a volunteer or study the subject in person."

I glance over at Katrin for a response.

Katrin:

Klaus tries to volunteer me. I give him some crazy tunnel eyes right back.

Why doesn't he wear it and turn into a little blonde bat!?!

Ettie tries to help me out.

(Ettie): "I'll wear it? You've all seen my beast form anyway..I do not think we should awaken anymore wolves.just in case."

I gulp thinking about her feathery creature appearance I have not seen since the old days. Scary.

Adamaous:

I hand Ettimay the ring to put on.

Klaus stiffens.

I try not to find amusement in the situation.

Ettie:

*awkwardly takes ring from Adamaous*

"Alright.."

I try not to overthink about it, I was a hag technically so I rather do this then unlock something from our dear subjects to be inflicted with. Though I usually try to avoid exposing myself to such things that may bring about my nature.

*I take off my wedding ring and hand it to Klaus just as awkwardly.... before putting the new ring on my index finger*

*turns into large bird with big head*

*flies out of clothes and perches on table clicking fuzzy beak*

Klaus:

I dreaded Adamaous' interactions with Ettie.

He worked with her mother for far too long to ever be fully trusted.

I hold onto her wedding ring finding this exchange extremely uncomfortable.

When Ettimay turns I can't help but smile at how cute she was.

Noomi giggles.

(Adamaous) "Perfect now take off the ring and we will arrange a follow up appointment in a half day."

I take Ettimays clothes and set them in the next room for her to change.

Ettie:

I look at the ring on my claw thoughtfully. I was strange being just a bird.
Usually my beast form took more traits from the other DNA I shared but this was just a magical disguise of a generic normal looking animal.
I did not have the urge to eat anyone either like a real hag. *black eyes stare at Adam a bit longer*

Adam wants me to take off the ring I don't of course. Obviously. *clicks at him offended and flies to next room*

((Thank you Klaus.))

(Katrin): "What does this mean for Eiden?" She asks Adamous while I change.

Adamaous:

Ettimay took offense.

I fake innocence before answering Katrin's question.

"It means that after our follow up exam, should Ettimay remain as she is, then your son's transformation may just be a natural progression of his genetic makeup."

And this was all just an overreaction as most things are.

"Was there anything else that needed discussing?"

(Klaus) "Yes actually and this subject is a bit more complicated so everyone should be seated."

He states mainly to Ettie as she was the only one up.

Ettimay:

I frown irritated at all the feathers I had stuck in my hair now. I did bring out my traits now that it was off...

I brush some more feathers away as I return and fight back the face eating instinct. (Adam smells the Sweetest in the room) so he gets first glance.

Katrin seemed unhappy with Adam's response but feared him too much to give him tunnel talk back like she would have the rest of us.

Klaus wants me to sit down and I look at him surprised at something outside Eiden and the ring being brought up now.

"Yes?"

Klaus:

As soon as Ettimay sits down I begin my spiel.

If I don't do it now I will talk myself out of it for good.

"I think it is time to get back out there."

I lock eyes with Noomi for a moment then glance back down again.

(Noomi) "Klaus.. your son is out there."

"Yes, and so is Petrus and Rowan."

I sigh.

"We can't sit idle when our children are being taken captive and those that are left are leaving us to-"

I stop myself

"We need to take matters back into our own hands before they get worse and they will get worse."

(Adamaous) "Perhaps, but the repercussions could be even more catastrophic should we stir the pot now."

"Yes, or not? We have experience, resources at our disposal, new faces even. We are primed for infiltration and this is the perfect time to do it. They won't see us coming because they won't be looking for us. We can take back our people who are held captive at the very least. If we don't our children will. They are adults now. Many of them have already visited the surface and I don't expect it to stop there. Especially when their friends and siblings are out there."

Ettie:

I look down trying not to get angry, was I angry Constantine got to him? Did I not want them to make up.

I pass it off to as lingering hag instincts making me want to be confrontational.

So I don't say anything at all.

(Katrin): "It sounds like you have an idea?" She asks Klaus unsure how far he was willing to go again, having seen some of our best work in the old days. I dont think it could ever be like that again.

Adamaous:

Ettimay’s dark look intrigued me.

A possible side effect maybe?

I thought somewhat amused at the feathers in her hair.

Klaus refocuses my attention with talk of infiltration.

Are we really revisiting this subject again?

It was obvious the push came from his own son but he did have a point with respect to our now adult children. I was most upset to learn of Francine’s visit, she still seems unable to correlate that there was no difference between walking into a bar or the gold temple itself.

This ignorance is only the byproduct of her sheltered nature.

(Klaus) “I have suggestions for strategies yes, the issues at hand we are all aware of and are not worth repeating, but in order for this to work it requires teamwork and participation from everyone. We all have a unique set of skills that when put together will make us pretty damn formidable no?”

I sense Ettimay’s silence and so does Klaus.

(Klaus) “Listen, I understand this sort of came out of nowhere and if everyone needs time to think on this then no decisions need to be made right now.”

Ettie:

I did not want to discourage Klaus, it must have taken alot out of him to even suggest this.
Maybe he healed in some way something broken, I don't think I have the ability to. I cant face any of them. Ever again.

"Well Constantine already has taken up being the spy.."

My fault for naming him after a spy....

"So I suppose it would be a waste not to use his intel in any way... we should put a camera in his eye next time he is over."

I say simply and twist a strand of hair in my hand stressed trying not to have a hand tremor.

I catch myself that the dark thought and try again.

"Eye or...club...the club.."

Klaus:

I was surprised at Ettimay’s reaction.

For a moment there she seemed alot more conflicted.

She fumbles over her own words about planting a camera on Cause and I half wondered if this was still a result of her transformation.

“Yes, I do think a camera in the eye would be a bit intrusive.”

I try to tease before addressing the wrest of the table.

(Noomi) “I am all for educating our children on whats out there and of course how to defend themselves if need be.”

She pipes in optimistically.

Adam remains silent still working things out in his own mind.

“Perhaps we will readdress how the training porcess will look prior to missions but for now lets focus on figuring Eiden’s dilemma first.”

I get up as a motion to dismiss the meeting.

Ettimay:

Noomi's optimism annoyed me so. But at least Klaus had someone to help him with this.

Adamaous said nothing either way. Probably what I should have did since the one thing I said was a sad joke...

Klaus brings the convo back to Eden.

(Katrin): "I know you ran your test with the ring but can you look at Eiden in person?"
I try to focus again, there was something about how Eiden looked, the face.. not a complete wolf. It reminded me of something.. I think on the ship that happened.
But I cant really place it now. *hag thoughts*

Klaus:

(Noomi) "Please, lead the way. I will accompany you."

She wanders over to Katrin sensing Katrin was not a big fan of Adam.

Adamaous picks up the cursed ring as I hand Ettimay her wedding ring back.

(Adamaous) "I will keep this for now. After the follow up assessment, we can determine what to do from there."

He glances over at Ettimay.

(Adamaous) "Again, let us give it 12 hours just to be safe."

He teleports and I roll my eyes a bit at his showy exit.

Ettimay:

Klaus gives me my wedding ring back before Adam buts in taking the gypsy ring and leaving ME with instructions.

Well I think he is feeling better after the little trauma the other day to be so bold. He knows I would prefer him to walk.

I hiss annoyed at where he was standing, now gone and put back my ring on.

"Thanks Klaus, I am to assume you ended things well with Constantine then from that change of heart?"

Eiden:

Now I know how Francine feels...

*Is very intimadated by Tesla staring me down*

*His sister joined in and now they were both staring at me*

*Our fathers are talking about shaving products.*

(Tristen): "Here hold still Eiden.."

He tries to shave the sideburn.

It grows back in 3 minutes.

(Mooshie): "That impressive!" *fantasies Eiden in a tunnel Viking beard*

I dont like how shes looking at me..

Mom returns with Mrs. Rapce.

This night will never end...

"Rawr.." I greet them.

(Mom): "Did he loose the ability to talk?"

"No I'm..joking..sorry mum." I sigh.

Klaus:

"I tried to."

I admit to Ettimay's assumption.

"I also understand what he is trying to do by going out there and unfortunately it is working."

The ripple effect which occurred with Eiden and Francine after was solid proof of that.

"I don't see myself personally going out there for a very long time."

I admit.

If Noomi and Adamaous were both on board they could mentor those who wished to assist on missions. Their magical capabilities and experience on the outside would make them perfect for the job. The main thing was getting better disguises in place that would keep them from being detected. The students would be fresh new faces and not recognized but even then they too may need something extra as well.

I pull myself from my thoughts.

"I could really use your input, especially once we get to the stage where we are sending people out on missions."

Ettimay:

"Are you sure that's what Constantine was trying to imply? He seemed quite upset over his friends ..."

I overreach a little.
But come on if anymore of them end up in the tower he'll never leave the surface..

Klaus seemed to have big ideas about it, he wanted me to be excited about it too. but I felt nothing for it. What the hell were we going to do? Expose a sex tape of Edward's at the next party? He'd flaunt it.

Expose some infidelities between the Moores? They are in a open marriage!

The very least we can do is build up a formidable support system for when that day comes so that we will be in a better position to assist him in the future than where we are currently at.

Ettimay admits the new plan to be a good distraction if anything else.

"Ettimay, Constantine is and will continue to make his own decisions. He is an adult now and of course, like you, I wish to selfishly keep him around forever but that is not how this works. He needs to move on, grow up, make his own decisions whether we agree with them or not. The best thing for us to do right now is support him. I was upset by this too.

I was just trying to make the most out of things and for once in my life make decisions based on rationale as opposed to impulse.

I hiss and hate him so for making me snap. I was quite fine distesting his idea quietly but he wanted honesty? I really don't think he does.
