Nicknamed City Hell by most. This planet is a grim look at what most alien worlds under the Overlord become, ghetto hellscapes.
Its home to many laboratory rejects, failed experiments, prisoners so bad they weren't worthy of death. Even other planets and peoples throw their undesirables here for punishment's and death. Being stranded in City Hell is not fun. Though some come for the 'fun' and are brave enough to try. Everywhere is grim and death, they each one another in the streets and spend most days in drug centers to be at a form of mindless peace.
Living arrangements are big metal trailer tins all stacked ontop of one another, this was the prime hiding place of the long lost Shard due to the inability for his people to scan his readings through heavy metal.
Population:
All are other alien hybrids or monster / demon blooded due to the sheer amount of pollution and toxins in the factories make humanity impossible. But hardly anyone knows their true species being so mixed or has any awareness so drugged up.
They categized themselves as merfolk, furyians, bugs, changlings, demons and other generic simple terms. Speech is broken and a mash up of many cultures long lost.
Its a great place for organ harvesters and lab specism subject selection. Often on something good comes from the planet worth taking or messing with.

The Rainbow Bathhouse, known as7 Shades of Jenewas left by the Overlord as a trap for Shard and other remaining Starkers.
There was even gummy fish in the paint drugged waters.
It would trigger lights that knocked one out on entrance and a small tracker dart with shoot into them with the light. The Overlord then could find them later off world, while they woke up thinking it was all a drugged induced pool party.
Shard however found away around it - as per usual.
He used it lure his sister and others searching for him to it so he could escape capture before they woke up.
The backside of the fun party hot bathhouse however was much darker, a rainbow factory made its colors with many colorful alien remains in the vats manned by hybrids.
They would report in if the big 'light show' triggered and got some Starker sightings. Copycat super solider experiment species also could trigger it not just Sirgans so sometimes readings got joggled.
Rainbow factory workers would often descale colorful creatures, peel shells, crush it or drain blood of different colors, some even leaked oils/inks or had muli colorful appendages/skin.

2257, Hellhole was liberated by the kingdom and turned into 'Pothole'
A idyllic village, where most of the villagers are recovering addicts' off the Overlord's drugs and now embracing Daneism, nature and magic mushrooms from new growth.
Hellhole was one of the greatest ceasepools of the galaxy, well known.
In the Mosaic era, King Bash lead a liberation mission to take the planet, free the orphans and rehabilitate the refugees, some were too far gone and the depravity found had to be destroyed along with its evil.
The bathhouse was blown sky high. rainbows could be seen from space.
Trailers were painted happy warm colors matching all the new flowers and plants they now have.
After the criminals and psychopaths were destroyed, Most of the drugged up city folk converted quickly, since the Overlord was dead and they demanded on him for the good smack, protection and partying. They moved on to embrace King Bash with easy handouts and Daneism charity. Some even remembered Shard and liked the idea of his son as king, that fish guy was a homie, he knew how to have a good time.
