The main evil base of Overlord Boren. It floats in the center of his captured space but can also travel and land down if needed. Its a massive dark floating castle/station, usually followed by Tulley ships and additional disc like smaller laboratory stations that connect or pull apart.
The Citadel can fly and take the Overlord personally on planetary attacks.
Each piece can separate and go somewhere else then in a landing state stack.
Interior design has been improving for over 100 years but keeps consistent with a white sterile lab with walls that open up to pass into another hall, platforms shifting and moving among floor.

Cameras are stationed everywhere and help to trap intruders or rebels between walls or through trap doors down into vats or laboratories.
There are over 100 different pure white mannikins dressed in the Overlord's varies styles that pop out and slide out of walls.
Sometimes they confuse intruders and are attacked. They can drop down, come out of a sliding wall or be displayed in a moving platform.

Further uses of the Citadel after the Overlord's death.
After the Overlord's head was lost via Shard Starker's decapitation in 2254. His headless body was kept at the citadel by Agents of Chaos as they tried to make a replacement head.
The only proper match would be his grandson Sebastian, while working out a way to get the young King , Xenon Xern escaped the lab and ate Boren's remains in 2259. Agents of Chaos fled and the citadel was raided and ransacked left unmanned.
It was used to clone the Imposter's Meredith clone decoy as Mosaic did not have the technology levels.
