[2259] Scaredy Cats or Frankenweenies

Meredith:

"Blythe!"

I cry out in horror when she is split open and the horrible creature inside finds its way to the wall next to me.

I am drenched in her stomach fluids.

Everything was happening so fast. I hardly had a moment to process it all.

I pick up a shard of glass on the ground and try to stab the creature on the wall.

A man starts screaming at me but I did not hear him I WAS TOO BUSY FIGHTING THE WALL MONSTER!

**Mer completely forgets in the heat of the moment that she has POWERS.**  

Pepe Alajandro: 

I fear I was not STRONG enough to face the deep dark foe on this women. Rations were in place. Pepe is used to consuming 12 raw eggs at dawn, 4 mellows at dusk. I have lost weight. Strength to hold back the darkness.

I consider this LEAN time a fast and consume much Crek trying to get a vison of what this is all leading too. Surely all this darkness and uncertainty will shine the brilliant illumination of the Starkers.

She stabs cutting off legs of the vile chest burster monster. I sneak up behind her and start the exercises. Putting a strong powerful hand of Pepe onto her shoulder and forcing my cleansing branch forward to surround her with the SMOKE.

"WOMEN LOOK INTO THE FLAME!! DO YOU SEE IT!?"

I make a pictograph shape with swinging the branch over her head and back down.

*monster shrieking at fire and smoke*

I know the air is lighter. I dug a hole for the King he will be put to rest and this punishment of weakness and tiredness will pass us all.

Meredith:

"What the Hell?!?!"

I lash out at the male for sneaking up on me in the heat of battle before looking into the flame, finding an odd sense of comfort by it.

I am drawn in and my adrenaline high goes away.

I snap myself out of it and shoot him away with an energy blast.

"STOP IT!"

I scream at him confused.

"I am not the enemy here!"

Pepe:

I light on FIRE at her energy blast, the delicate neeb petals burn on the inside, unnatural unholy blue FIRE of the Overlord. How it courtpted sweet Meri.

SHE MUST STOP THIS MADNESS THE GODS MUST BE APEASED THEY ARE ANGRY

Meredith:

"YOU DON'T THINK I'M TRYING?!?!?!?"

I snap back at him while he burns alive in front of me.

*Tackles him, rips off his arm with my teeth and prances off like a dog with a newly discovered bone.*

I space out the next while.

When I come to, I am next to an arm bone and the fountain in the main area.

I hold up my bloody hands needing no explanation for what I have done.

Our situation here was completely hopeless. Everyone was either dead or dying and I was the only one left.

I was not well enough to be handling this.. or anything at all for that matter.

I should be locked away or... executed at this point.

A tear runs down my cheek as I try to deal with the reality of my situation.

Maybe I should let this happen, maybe I should let us all waste away.

It was not like there was any coming back from this. Not without Him.

I put my hands in the fountain and try to wash myself of blood.

It was useless.

I remember being told of Bash's burial but could not will myself to go.

I was too conflicted on what I should do now and.. I killed him. In the worst possibly way didn't I.

I lay down on the ground unable to do anything further but cry.

Meredith:

I  turn around to face Ettie and that thing.

She was scared of me and had every reason to be.

I try to back away from them but the fountain was in my way.

Ettie mentions Desmond needing my help.

So many did.. I didn't even know where to start.

My mind wandered to Bash.

I missed him. I really needed him right now too.

I stare at the creature in Ettie's arms.

I should be portal jumping away from her but I couldn't think where.

Everywhere I went there would just be another victim waiting.

At least with the dead I could not make things any worse.

"What is that?"

I question the creature.

I had never seen it before.. it was so.. blue.

That colour... felt so dangerous now.

Meredith:

It was not Ettie who answers me but her cat... thing.

I look back stunned when I find out it was Bash.

What?!

I did not understand his appearance but take him from Ettie all the same and set him down on the ground as how she was holding him looked uncomfortable.

"If you are like this.. does that mean Boron is..?"

I try and remember the horrific scene with Desmond, then Blythe.

Was Boron the spider maybe?

Ettie:

I squeak and turn around when the caterpillar transforms into a naked pale man.

I was so glad I wasn't holding him ;(

I squeeze my eyes shut disturbed, he was so cute and fuzzy too. 

I didnt want to see him like a ..man..

(Catdaver): "My old body is to rotten now... we could start again..in this body.." 

I have no idea what that means.

I bit my lip and shuffle wondering if I should go...

Meredith:

I look back at his transformation startled.

"Oh Bash.. I'm so sorry."

I finally say in response.

He looked nothing like himself.

I hold his hands.

"I did not mean for things to turn out this way."

Ettie soon distracts me in the background and I glance back at him trying to think.

"I need to.. help the others....where."

I pause.

"Where is Boron?"

Catdaver:


I sigh deeply, fluttering my head wings, too tired to come up with something elaborate enough to appease her disturbed imaginations. 


"Any of the monsters..or maybe even the old body?"


(Ettie): "D...e.s..hurt." She insists again when Meredith becomes distracted by her yet again.

I grow inpatient with Meredith, but having ONE more trick up my sleeve so to speak.

I wait with CAT EYES to see what she does.

Meredith:

I stand up and take off my jacket for him.

"We need to heal Des. Show me how."

I insist before rushing ahead to where I last saw him.

ASSUMING the others will follow.

Carry:

I gag up more of Blythe's very strong stomach acid trying to stop the burning inside but it did not cease the burning of sticky half grown back skin on the outside.

One stumpy spider arm cracks as I try to walk on it. I ignore the breakage unable to wait much longer for more to grow back.

Sorry Etta...

I would mindwipe her seeing me like this, probably the whole night itself but I was generally afraid to touch her mind. She had those..blockers before. There must have been a reason.

Ettie was walking Meredith go and was about to follow. The monstrosity who.... looked a little familiar. (Orion DNA) asks her something. My ears haven't stopped pulsating yet to hear.

She hands him a much smaller little jar.

Did she open the last one...

DANEDAMNIT

*You know I SNAPPED under pressure when I a honorable Knight of Dane.. CURSES*

I net her and scurry off to get her away from that creature before it attacks next.

It felt a bit WRONG to leave it going towards Meredith but I think she can handle herself after all that STABBING.

*twitch twitch*

As I healed I also was feeling all the psychic burst of sickness from the dead body in the throne room.

How anyone was left still awake was short of a miracle with the level of sickness it is projecting.

Desmond:

The darkness revives me in a sense? I guess?... Still undead of course. Just not dead dead-ness.

But holy hell this sucks worse.

Though I wasn't conscious. I was trapped in the nightmare sickness.

Was this better than the horrible sickly fate that awaited me in the conscious world?

....

Maybe both are equally terrible and horrible.

The thing is... How can one tell an undead is... Undead and not dead if their unconscious?

I'd wager the lack of visual rot for normal cases I suppose. Though that might take a few days to know.

In this case it's easier. Black tendrils work to fix me up in the physical darkness, while my mind is in the terrible, psychological darknesss.

Beolan:

*soulfire resurrection in a blaze of blue fire .. because its been a LONG time*

I felt sicker then before, maybe that ...sea snake was poisonous.

Ugh.

I feel around my eyes not willing to open.

I smelt smoke and faintly hear the screams.

Is that...

A stampede of those rare few not in a coma right now running AWAY nearly crush me.

I run away from the ASH getting my long wolf tail partially seared and burnt.

*KARMA FOR BEO FOR DOING THIS ALL THE TIME*

Meredith:

Bash stops me from getting to Desmond and says something weird.

Strange, he sounded exactly like Blythe there--"BASH!!!!!!"

I cry out in surprise when he brings back my brother.

(Klaus) "AHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!"

He hollers in response to the plant entanglement.

"Bash what the HELL!? How is this helping him any??? What are you-???"

That wasn't Bash was it...

Of course not! How could I be so STUPID???

I glance around for Ettie but she was nowhere to be found.

My senses go wild as I finally sense Desmond and Beolan's minds at work.

(Klaus) "Bloody hell! BLOODY HELL?!?!?!"

He shrieks coming too and I panic.

"I am going! I am going right now just PLEASE DON'T HURT HIM!"

I cry out dramatically and cover my mouth.

That's what he wants right? For me to go to Sebastian next?

If I heal Bash what does that mean for everything we had accomplished though!

Was it all just a waste?

I tear up and portal jump to where I sensed FRANKENWEENIE.

It was dead. Next to Desmond.

I hesitate for a moment on my purpose before remembering Klaus again.

I grab the remnants of the squid-thing and portal back to them.

"This?? You want me to revive this??"

Klaus:

"Go to HELL!!!"

I snap at Boron when I am finally able to speak.

Meredith just stands there, looking at the phallic squid appendage overwhelmned.

Boron flaunts his good hair and sparkle skin but even Meredith in all her madness was not THAT far gone

"Meredith don't listen to him! Bash is DEAD! None of these are going to bring him back!! Kill them! Kill them all!!!!"

I call back to her while being dragged away from the rotting shell of our old friend and his lethal toxins.

Meredith finally takes notice of him and drops the squid in shock.

(Meredith) "H-how?! How???"

She seemed confused at the shell's approach while the other separated parts were no longer apart of him.

(Meredith) "Bash?"

"NO Meredith!!!"

She wanders over to him in a trance like state while everyone else runs away, chunks of her hair and clothes disintegrating with every step she took before finally making contact, her face wet with tears.

(Meredith) "I am so sorry I did this to you."

She locks lips with the monster, wrapping her body around his.

I look away in shock unable to see anymore as the vileness of her last act was done so openly for all to see.

There was no coming back from this, especially for her.

Klaus:

Boron transforms into a demonic.. cat.. thing.

?

I swat it away disturbed before daring to glance over at "Bash".

He appeared to be much better now

I stumble away to hide and come up with a plan.
