[2259] The Underground

Klaus:

Blythes response was aggrevating but I hadn't any time to properly address it.

((Joseph I need you to leave now and bring the attack victim back to the mansion. You of course are aware of her address?))

He should be considering he was the one to help clean up the aftermath of the young vampire's folly.

((The elders are onto us. You must move quickly.))

I include in my message.

If I were to leave the party now our involvement would be too obvious and I did not trust Morgain's tone.

I make my way through the dancers and interrupt his moment with the little angel just as she turns away to look at the king.

((Go))

I look him in the eyes and compel him to leave.

I turn back to the young female finally putting a face to her familiar scent.

I look back at her startled before quickly regaining my composure.

It was Meredith..

Meredith:

I wanted to check in with Bash but he was distracted. I turn back to Joseph but am taken by surprise to see another in his place.

"I'm sorry but who are you?"

I asked probably a little more rudely then I should have but the man's dark costume made me uncomfortable.

He takes me by the waste and draws me in as we begin a very different kind of dance.

(Klaus) "I am Klaus, we haven't formally met..... though so much has changed since I last saw you..."

His intensity was intimidating and he definitely lived up to his reputation.

"You are the one Russia works for aren't you? What have you done to her??"

He tilts his head and frowns

(Klaus) "I did nothing to her Meri....."

I glared not liking how comfortable he was with using my name so casually.

I struggle to break free from him.

"What is this Klaus? Are you not going to let me go?"

He looked at me blankly for a moment before smirking.

(Klaus) "Not exactly....."

What the hell is that supposed to mean?!

I look around trying to get Bash's attention only to discover Klaus was already gone.

Sebastian:

((Bring Blythe back to her tower, she crossed a line.))

I tell Tamsin who already looked stressed out from his conversation with Carry.

I swig a whole cup of 'punch', wanting to get completely drunk at the end of the night because of my ..mother. 

I get to the dance floor I saw between dancers a glance of Meredith and Klaus - not Joseph anymore. By the time I get there she was alone.

"Those two huh? Don't mind them and their little lover spats. Its not something you want to get involved with."

I joke a little of Klaus & Joseph's complex relationship I've witnessed throughout the years before looking at her, hoping the the encounter wasnt disturbing. 

"Are you alright? I ask sensing something off from her. We stood out among those dancing around us - as we were standing still.

Meredith:

Look at Bash still trying to understand what happened.

And what he was talking about..

He asks if I am alright and I take his hand and walk us back over to the punch table.

I need a drink...

"Uhm, I don't know. "

I pick up my cup in thought before turning to look at him.

"How about you?"

I sip my drink unsure.

He looked like he had a couple already.

Joseph:

I ignore Klaus wanting me to do damage control till he compels me to do it. 

Son of a bitch!

I find myself outside in the ally and focus on that one female's place of residence as if I cared enough to keep track of all the messes I have to clean up...

I put on a thin black cloth face covering and ditch the rest of my party costume in a dumpster before continuing on.  

Someone got their before me and I jump on his back pulling him out the door. 

I hear females screaming hearing the break in now as we fight. 

I should have been discrete but I was pretty wasted to do this right.

The stain glass apartment building's walls were pretty thin. 

I get head slammed by spikey ball full face mask/helmet repeatedly. 

That doesn't happen everyday so it takes me by surprise. 

I flash us out the window and into a dumpster where I try to cut off his head with the lid.

I only get the mask off  and see my father's face.


WHAT THE FUCK!!!!!!!!!!

I see a worm crawl out of his bloody nose and drop the lid, drop everything.
 
(Ephraim): "You should have left it on no one likes what they see..right Orion?" 

I  run away from him terrified letting the girl and her friends escape to the police station for HELP


((Klausss I blundered it all up!! She got away! My ..FATHER was after her too! WHATS GOING ON!)) 

I stop in another corridor to send a message to Klaus and try to sense for him.

Klaus:

Joseph makes an even worse mess of our situation and I am forced to intervene.

((Joseph where are they?!))

I scent him out and find him in a corridor.

He looked traumatized.

I did not have time to get into things with him.

"TELL ME!"

Joseph:

Klaus comes over yelling at me and I shove him back up against the wall hissing.

"LISSSSTEN! MY FATHER IS HERE. YOUR DONE. WE ARE ALL DONE! YOUR NOT STRONG ENOUGH!!"

I scream back at him pressing myself closer.

THAT GIRL IS THE LEAST OF OUR WORRIES 

I think as my mind races to asume the worst in everything.

THE WHOLE TOWN IS PROBBALY INFESTED WITH WORMS!

Meredith:

"That is one way of putting it."

I keep drinking.

I am then reminded of Bash's initial comment and turn to look at him.

"What did you mean about what you said regarding Klaus and Joseph?"

I ask trying not to blush as our "almost kiss" was still rather recent.

Klaus:

I come down when Joseph yells back at me.

"Oh is he?"

I respond coldly taking what Orion said as a challenge.

"Where is he then?"

I press myself closer up against him ready to take action if he would let up.

Joseph:

Klaus wants the challenge I threw out. I abruptly loose my anger to irrational fear at the thought of him facing my father.  Loosing him to my father. 

"Nooo.."
I groan out loosing up my grip from the wall to him.

"I cant..." 

I oh so want to kiss him or bite him in this moment, anything to keep him here. ".. loose you."  

*too self conscious even when drunk to DO WHAT I LONG TO DO so I bite his upper neck instead*

Klaus:

Joseph broke right down refusing to tell me where his father was.

I was hardly as delicate as he thought me to be..

He then gives me a look which breaks my concentration of the task at hand.

"Jo-"

He bites me.

We had done this many times before but not in this way. It was always for a matter of survival but this.. was different.

I push him off and glare.

"What are you doing?"

Meredith:

I look down feeling rather concerned for Russia.

I did not know exactly what she did but she would often come home crying over him.... Klaus.

I thought he broke her heart in some way but now I wonder if it was something else.

I put my cup down.

"Thanks for the heads up."

I respond dryly.

Sebastian:

I fear I offended her again, as if she was a basic human girl. She obviously was different, she's the only one who stood up to the Overlord in all those years. 

"Uhh not that your as fragile as that human girl... "

I stop laying my head down on the table and sit back up.

"Your THE Meredith.."

Joseph:

Klaus pushes me off him and I look back at him rather wounded dripping his sweet blood from my mouth.

"You know..." 

I say in a low sensual growl getting in front of him again trying to block him from leaving.

Meredith:

I glance over at Bash and smile at him.

"It's ok Bash, I take no offense."

I squeeze his hand playfully.

"Thank you for looking out for me."

I catch myself staring at his lips again.

Klaus:

I stare back at him for a moment, feeling things that I had been trying so very hard to suppress.

He tries to keep me from leaving and I do not fight him.

*Kisses him aggressively in a moment of passion.*

Meredith:

I grow a bit shy at his words before a new character enters our scene.

"Do you know her?"

I question Bash when I turn around to look at her.

Sebastian:

I look at Meredith.

"No I don't'?"
I reply to the ununited guest. Some guards try to stop her but I let her pass to say what she has to say..

"Maybe a spy?" I whisper to Mer. She had quite a ..boa on her neck of black feathers

(Jem): "Meredith dont you look loney on Valentines Day. I cant relate.." She fluffs up the boa.

Meredith:

I tense up at Bash's demeanor.

When she approaches our table she talks as though she knew me.

"Have we met?"

I ask confused.

I glance down at her feathers feeling sick.

Carry:


I think the King believed I used pheromones to control Blythe but she came willingly. I've always been able to handle her even as a young girl, she never pulled her wanton jezebel behavior on me and the others conrades ...unlike the younger soldiers of today sadly...

"Now now I told you how many times not to stress out Bash, you went out of your way today." I said wiping off golden makeup from her face. I already threw the feathery mask in the fireplace.

 That was disgusting. (He doesnt even KNOW the BEO BOA ;o)


(Blythe): "Whats the point?" She stared almost lifeless at the fire as I tossed in the napkin.

"The point is Bash is going to go mad, you do not want to spend the rest of your time with him like this. I held it back as long as I could, my blood can only do so much and so many years."

(Blythe): "What about Ettie's blood. I'm sure you have looked at it so dont play stupid."

"You dont want Zeeks?" I make a poor joke of my own expense unfornatenly.

(Blythe): "No....euw."

"It is quite.... special yes.... but, we have no idea if it would speed up the curse or slow it down. That's not something I can test for or you could run in a simulation... "

I leave her once she pops open a wine bottle. But hesitate at the door.

"Just find something cursed... off world... and I'll give you a vial of it to see."
I pick up a sense before Ettie even calls me down the castle hall.

(Ettie): "Dad! Dad!" She was in her night gown still.

"What are you doing? I told you to stay in our suite."


(Ettie): "I..I..had a vison ..about... the parr..ty.."

((Blythe!!))

Blythe is passed out drunk....

"Tell me." I tell Ettie quickly so I can take care of it then.

Jem:


I really had thought Meredith could recognize me by my voice alone but Boren be praised she was still ALL hair and no brains.

Dark Haired wrench...

I take off the BOA and plop it on the table.

"Here, you can have that. I have the rest of him...and I mean ALL of him."

(Bash): "Who?" He leans over in some vain attempt to protect Meredith. I ignore him and address her solely.

"Beolan is alive, he's been hiding from you all this time. Ashamed about the Neoplanet. While the Overlord healed we've been running things together...we've been doing alot of things together.."
I yank Mer's hand to my pregnant belly under the costume.

Then I look to the King.
"An untainted Starker heir, unlike you. Would any of these ally planets follow you if they knew who your mother was? The Overlord will unleash Beolan in one weeks time on your world. It will all be ash if you dont evacuate. We're going to rule this planet."

..at that a BOMB full of frozen worms we fished out of the debris area along with a frozen Beo should have went off as a distraction after my speech....

For some reason it did not happen. Fuck!

The glass celling cracks and some shards fall down as Carry slams the bombs out of the glass celling and they go off like fireworks above.

                         
That wasnt the BIG explosion of worms I was hoping to infect them all with but I try to escape in it anyway

Meredith:

My eyes well up with tears but not a single drop falls..

"What?"

I gasp when she places my hand on her stomach.

"What did you do to him?"

I ask more so to myself as the horrible female proceeded to antagonize us further.

Something happens but it was not what she expected.

I try to grab her and keep her here. I was restricted though as I could not will myself to harm her baby.

Sebastian:

As she talks longer I realize. This was the FAKE Meredith who impersonated Klaus's sister and lowered our shields years ago. But I cant focus on that she was saying some heavy things that I would have to deal with. 

Including threatening us with Beolan....

Well I killed Shard so... I think I can handle him. Then again I wasnt mentaly handicap back then. 

Meredith goes after her in a fight but you could tell she held back for the child's sake. And Jem took advantage of that shoving a piece of fallen stainglass into Mer. SWEET human blood hits the air. 

I let out my wings still feeling the effect of the drugging so I was not as swift but I try to get her as more pieces fall.

"Meredith!" I call to see if she was awake or if I should bite her.

Meredith:

I gasp and look down at my wound.

I was on the floor but I don't remember falling down.

I look around for the woman but I could not see her.

Bash comes over and I try to focus.

"How bad is it?"

I ask removing my bloody hands so he can see.

Meredith:

I grow pale and cold.

Bash looked quite emotional in the moment.

"That bad huh?"

I try to keep my eyes from closing so I don't pass out.

The adrenaline of the moment finally wore off and I was greeted by insufferable pain instead.

I cry out in response as Ettie rushes over to help me.

I blink back tears and bite down on the cloth hardly hearing what was said.

Klaus:

My mind was still floating from all the blood and SEX of our long awaited heated encounter.

The only thing that could steal away my attention was the scent of an intruder hovering nearby.

I stood up naked, covered in sweat, blood and other things to address the new presence in the room.

"Come to join us?"

I hiss.

Ephraim:

Wow steamy gay sex in the middle of the city, is this the right planet of Dane??? 

  I was a bit more disturbed at Orion's freak-out seeing me led to this. That is just some embarrassing daddy issues. 

I fake a nice british accent for these two twisted basterds because why not. 

"Oh I dont think you can handle me Klaus, I'm not such the little bitch as my son." 

I shove a dumpster at him, mostly to just not have to see his blonde slong anymore.

I jump up to the roof in a flip and hit the gutter hard, to rip it down - to give Orion a bath. He needed it.
 
(Orion): "Klaus?" 

He finely snaps out of his pleasure to realize what was happening goes feral at me.

 I just flip and swing over to the next roof throwing a chimney down at them.

"What did you two do!?"
I demand, the attack started so quickly after they left!

Sebastian:

I give Meredith a supportive hand squeeze but she was so cold and numb.

She can not wait anymore and thankfully the nurse pulls it out but the blood gush made me sick. 
To take my mind off the bloody work I try to remember what Jem said it was alot to take in.

I think we were given a time limit. Why would that be? 

My short term memory loss was just starting to flare up again under stress. 

(Ettie): "Y..your highness..?" 

I come out of my zone out as the nurse tries to get me to help hold the table cloth so she could tie it.

She got a healing shot so it should rapidly close that up now. I give it a moment anyway before moving her. 

"Thank you.."

I forgot her name, Foxe's daughter...

I take Meredith in the table cloth to my room since it is the most secure place in the castle with the light arrays. 

I fully intended to go back down stairs to make sure my guests got out safety and see if there were any prisoners to question but I was just to tired and did not want to get back up.

*passs out on the other side of the bed* 


 This is a nice Boren style looking room for Mer to wake up in later

Klaus:

I watch UNBLINKINGLY as the creature flops around like an exotic fish.

*Dodges dumpster.*

He identified himself as Orion's father to which I took a keen interest in.

"Is that so?"

I challenge him as Orion comes to his senses.

The male throws a chimney at us and I dodge him again before he asks a rather peculiar question.

I look down at myself and Orion unsure what could be said that was not already apparent.

"You are a slippery one aren't you?"

I teleport next to him in amusement.

"But that won't save you now will it?"

I grab his neck and transport us both to Orion.

((Your wish is my command.))

I purr.

Meredith:

I wake up to a room full of neon lights.

It was unfamiliar to me so I bolt upright trying to take in my surroundings.

Where am I?

I look around noticing Bash on the other side  of the bed.

...........

No, no?

I get off the bed in confusion trying to remember the night before.

Alcohol was unfortunately involved which did not help the circumstances, though from what I last remembered I was injured and now I was here,

But then why was Bash here also?

I think to myself feeling a sense of shame regarding the situation.

...........

I must leave.

I take my stuff and try to sneak out.

Joseph:

It was mortifying to have my controlling father interrupt such a untapped freeing moment with Klaus, I almost felt deep shame in it all as the water splashed me. Washing away the evidence.  I wanted to rip his thorat out for ruining something precious to me yet again. I hardly felt the fear anymore, all that felt far away in Klaus's presence.   

I dodge the chimney bricks falling, finding his attacks to be more an irritant then real deadly fight I'd imagine.

  On some level I knew he wasnt my father. But that did not make the twisted fantasy anymore appealing as Klaus held 'my father' to me and said those sweet words. 

(Ephraim): "Nice trick kid. But try real hard to think with your head and not your bonner listen there is an attack and you look guil-" He tries to get out something in Klaus neck grip. The worms in his neck move close to the skin to prick Klaus's fingers with little stingers coming out.

((Take off his head, I dont want to hear it anymore..)) I said wrapping my arms around him from behind so I can feel his strength and suck on his skin still covered in the scent of us.

"Your the only lord I need now.."

Klaus:

I do not hesitate at Joseph's words and behead the creature in one swift movement.

Its worms disgusted me so I dropped the head to the ground before turning back to him.

"He is gone now, there is nothing left to fear."

I gently pull away from him to take a lighter from my coat pocket on the ground.

"Would you like to do the honors?"

I hand it to him so he can destroy the body.

Joseph: 

I watch in a foggy daze of adrenaline and lust. It didn't feel real any of it, Klaus probably has me in the wine celler for dancing with his sister. 

All I know I wanted him soo much after the act but he pull me out of it to remind me to finish it. The body still had alot of movement and was able to make some shadows come out of the wall and take swings at us.

I duck down holding the lighter numbly and pick up a fallen pipe to smash/kick it in a few times to stop the attacks so I could see in the black shadow covering my face. 

I toss it in the dumpster and light it up. I felt very slow seeping disgust now and wipe my hands with my shirt before tossing it in too. I hear slight psychic voices projecting in my head and see what looks like frozen worms slithering towards the  fire from somewhere else - the tossed bomb -

"Good... maybe they will all go in...and the city wont be infected.."

I say tossing the bloody pipe in too while I'm at it, watching some more creep and fall in - as if they were trying to link with the ones in 'Father' but befell the flame.

I shiver finding Bellatrix come to mind so strongly and intensely it felt too real but I push it aside to guilt.

Klaus:

I wander over to the edge of the body of water that ran consistently through the city to rinse off.

It was dark now so it was easy to keep out of site.

Once dressed, I return to where Joseph disposed of the body and witness a most peculiar look on his face.

"What is it?"

I ask, tossing my mask into the flame as well.

Joseph:

The horned mask in the flames snaps me out of it.

"N..n..nnothing.."
I reply trying to button my jacket without the undershirt between shaking hands. I miss a few so its crooked but I don't really care. 

"The girl is at the Peacekeeper Station. Shall we?" 

I realize I wasted quite a bit of his time for nothing if that was it with Father....

Klaus:

I tilt my head at him but do not press the matter further.

"We shall."

I lead the way and flash over to the station to pick up the girl.

Upon arrival, we enter quite the scene.

"What is going on?!"

I hiss.

Joseph:

I get a little weak in the knees at the TURTLE monster. But I still very much an emotional wreck from dealing with the body ..and worms.. and irritational feelings so I maul it being extra aggressive ripping out green skin.

Dominic looks over at me terrified then was more so to meet Klaus's question . 

(Dominic): "I set them a slide for you my lord but... monsters attacked.. they came down in transport, out of nowhere...."

I hiss at the news wondering if it had to do with my father yet it looked like the Overlord's creatures.

Klaus:

I glare at Dominic not bothering to ask where she was.

I could smell her.

*Walks directly to the holding room but the bloody bastards were still alive on the inside.*

I pause for a moment determining this to be a blessing in disguise.

"Very well then, be sure to keep them locked up."

I instruct Dominic as another creature comes at me down the hall and I destroy it with a simple levitation spell.

I wander back to Joseph who had recently killed another hybrid.

"Very good."

I chuckle, noticing it to be a "turtle".

I pause for a moment in thought being reminded of Boron's goons.

It can't be him already can it?

I frown at the disturbing thought.

"We should get back to the base."

Klaus:

I flash in the direction of the base but am hit hard by the scent of my sister's blood.

I scowl aggravated knowing I should have taken her when I had the chance.

(To Joseph) ((Quick detour))

I promise before running back into the ballroom to try and pick up her scent.

The whole place was completely destroyed.

What happened?!

I hiss storming out and into the corridor.

Ettie:

After the King excuses me I was going to change out of this BLOOD soaked nightie and make sure my brothers are safe but Dr. Bloomfield stops me.

(Fritz): "Ettie your Dad...  on the balcony. Bring them this. I'm going to try to find more Warfarin.."

Warfarin is a blood clotter??

"W..w..hats going on?" 

 I watch him go shocked for a moment before taking the extra medical supplies upstairs. I NEARLY run into two party guests right IN FRONT of the gathering of over 10 WITNESSES on the balcony.

(Morgain): "Ettie get in here..."

"Dad!" I go to him on the ground, it looks like he got hit by the blast but he was pouring silver solution in his damaged eye

I see one of the  Nustra-Voleung aliens on the other side already dead! This looked like a quarantine area. 

"I shouldn't have told you! I..it..its m..my f-"

(Carry): "No, I'll be fine.."  He shakes away my touch and I lower my hand into my bag to give him the extra supplies. 
 
(Morgain): "And where were you two when all this happened?" He questions some men behind me but I wasnt paying attention to who

He sees Joseph's misbuttoned jacket with no shirt and backs down across the room to someone else.  

(Carry): "Ettie listen I..have to tell yo-" He starts coughing blood and Dr. Bloomfield pushes me aside coming back in. I am NEAR but look away needing a moment

*not even looking at the man next to him but wide eyed at Orion*

Klaus:

I pay Morgain no mind when I catch scent of my sister's blood all over the fair maiden's nightgown.

I get very close to her to observe the stains, but am distracted however, by her subtle figure instead.

Her nightgown tormented me as it clung to her curvature this way and that.

I catch her unique scent and feel myself respond.

I turn around surprised at my strong reaction to her and pace around instead.

"How is it exactly that you are covered in my sister's blood?"

I avoid looking at her as she seemed to summon every carnal desire within me to react.

I did not understand my reaction, not that long ago I was with Joseph and now, this....

I feel my blood boil and turn my feelings to anger instead.

"Is she dead?"

I snap.

Ettie:

It took me a long moment to even look away from Raginbar Jr and only because his companion was way to close to me for comfort. I try to speak but let out a squeak at the intensity. 

But he asks for his sister... I was covered in his sisters blood? 
 I try to process it, so many where moving around, concerned family members. Doctors and nurses. 

"M...m..M eredith?" 

 It was hard to believe this was her brother, they look nothing alike. 

I shake my head to say shes not dead.

Raginbar Jr looked confused and disturbed at what he just witnessed and tries to intervene to limit our interaction.

(Joseph): "Where is she?" He says almost patiently petting my hair with such a calm serene look that I knew very well in his father's eyes before he would loose it.  

"T..he..k...ing..took ..'er."

*stutters VERY bad now*
