The NEOPlanet is an artificial planet/space base/domed environmental experiment constructed by King Sorin.
It consisted of many circular designing space base rings and very high domed structures to give a 'indoor' and 'outdoor' feel.
Levels are almost 'mall like' close together and always busy, bursting with activity.
('Outside' area inside the major dome, holo skyline view visible. More 'Mall' like level buildings spread out, many will wait for ships to return or gather for celebration and parties here in the most spacious arisen up center between levels and walled buildings)
It had holographic planets casting over the structures/skies day and night phases.
Each rooms could also cast a screensaver onto their projections as well for unique touches.
There were small trim displays with plant life and pools among the metal infrastructure to give a false outside narrative.
Travel between these structures and levels were done by large rollacoster like 'people moves', climbing walls or tunnel boat rides through the waterways. There are also walls, pathways made for wheels, armor thrusters, flying species and hoverboards. Everything is very bright and colorful in contract to the usual generic starch station feel. It is open and busy and loud.

The King
Much of the regal and military style is winged based on the King's most noticeable crown/helmet.
King Sorin wears traditional Skyros kingdom soldier headgear helmet/retractable mask, it morphs into a bird mask covering his face completely. Gaining him the nickname 'The Raven King' by outsiders.
Due to those he 'takes' never returning most rumors about the Raven King abducting humans and eating them carries on. He preys on 'recruiting' those hopeless souls with little drive to return to their old lives. orphans, the lost, abused, run away experiments, survivors of the Overlord's massacres and the like. Those without ties and ready to be easily molded into his new society.
He does not often make contact with underdeveloped worlds without high levels of advancements giving him an air of mysterious to them who get glimpses and whispers of his appearances.
King Sorin's 'castle' is inside the winged clocktower, with a pulsating heart in the middle.
The wings outstretch before a gateway where his most trusted ships can leave and return through.
Inside the clocktower is his throne room, not seen by many outside the extended family and wives. (or if your REALLY really in trouble you get brought in here)

King Sorin's communication room, where he stands and projects himself as a hologram or voice appearing like a god.
He can appear in the holographic sky for special announcements or send himself to taunt the Overlord.
There are many statutes, art pieces and large monuments of the King through NEO and holographic screens glorifying every victory and conquest.

NeoNetwork Society Basics
The society has a hierarchy under the King, Guildmasters, leaders of occupational Guilds, squad leaders, captions and masters in their own squad, teams, troops or unit. Guild Members who are 'fully fledged' trained and proven.
Then Cadets, that is merit based, structured on newcomers and refugees as 'cadets' in training. Cadets get drafted to help Guilds in smaller manual labors needed to keep them running, they train in all fields till one is 'the right match' for them.
They aren't just used for labor, each Guild they spend time with must show them their day by day, how the task is run and why. Cadets 'sample' and get to know each part of the NEO's working construct.
Fully fledged members are representations of their Guild, they live near one another on their own levels and give themselves over to their life works and passions. Sometimes Guild members are closer than their family with a sense of pride in their rank and position.
Truly gifted can be apart of up to 3 Guilds if they can take the work load. Often times Guilds work together closely in some areas, ie Pharacore and Science often have projects together. Or Rehab and the Benefaction Guild may serve on the same ship and report to one another their findings.
There can be rivalries between some Guilds due to feuding Guildmembers. Some never get invited into the Guild they want to be in and have to accept a invitation from one of the others who will have them, or be a cadet class forever.
Many were collected by the King as orphans or starting life again and forgo their old lives, fully embracing the structure of the NEONetwork's Guild system in earning and being accepted into your houseguild as a found family of sorts.

Badges and Suits
These Badges that do not have effect but were given to cadets by being earned, they work as patches for your suit. Some give honors such as being allowed in areas not meant for civilians or special gifts that came with them. But only seasoned Cadets are given transforming pin badges due to safety.
(Cadet Tully, with very little armor upgrade still earning his merits. Non-Orphan Cadets that from the kingdom and its allies, usually wear caps representing their planets/villages before they get their helmets.)
These are many pin badges, customization prizes and unique honors given to those who earned the, they can be customized suits that expand out when pressed.
All Guilds are broken down into many units that work together as a whole in unique missions These are called 'Branches' This pin is for a Fire Squad specialist.
This suit has been customized with different prizes and merits, to show they are apart of two Guilds, the white furs of the Medical Pharmacore and the Green mask of the Science Guild's Biohazard unit are displayed together.
Customization can go pretty far and unique if one is talented to earn badges, merits and honors to be given new skin layouts on their suits, special weapons of certain Guilds, armor pieces as prizes for conquests and the like.
But only Guildmasters are honored with them most unique Masks and Suits, one-of-a-kind pieces. Such as Morgain Quince's custom mask in the guise of a human plague doctor.

Battledome Guild
The soldier class
Battledome Guild is the main military compound, one of the quickest and easiest Guilds to get in on a lower level as they always need new soldiers.
Getting in wont be the end of training, they have shifts of arena style practice fighting and holographic training sessions with real life VR experiences.
They contently are hosting conquests and games that feature more abilities and skills offering costume prizes of alien captured weopendary, new inventions, special prize lasers, armor and gauntlets.
Rivalry and competition is always encouraged to make those work hard. Upgrade their gear and strive for something else.
There is a Battledome exclusive lounge and holo simulators in every room on their level so maximin customization can be done both your suit and living area the way you want it.
A sub branch is The Armory, where dozens of weopens developed here and also taken in conquest are kept.
Along with rooms of target practice and shooting ranges.

There is a Battledome exclusive lounge called the Bunker.
There are also different branches among the Guild trained for special attacks and specific missions, such as the Coalers, the fire specialist squad. And the Mariners the aquatic team. They often competed over whose stronger.
Typhon Moray was a Battledome master, a knight of the Mariners before his 'disappearance'.

Pharacore Guild and Science Guild Levels
The medical department, doctors, nurses, field medics.
The science hub, geneticist, scientists, biologists
Pharacore is the 2nd easiest Guild to get into after Battledome, and the quickest as the King always needs more nurses.
Most stay low ranking but some have ambition.
Their uniforms are white and fluffy for 'Mother Zordlinn' and healing venom from the legends. The white furred robes were from back when being a Medicine Women/man was a holy scared honor, apart of the ministry. Theres still alot of hearts, religious imagery, and white fur in this level's Guildhouse décor.
King Sorin didn't have time for that in this day and age nurses and doctors were expendable and venom is mass produced injectable by anyone with limited training. Its not holy no more
Lower level nurses do not have armor, typically but if competing in other Guild's conquests and prize pools they can earn it.
The puffy white hats 'supposedly' help to be beamed back on the field.
When Carry Foxe became the Hand of the King, he still wore the white ruff of Pharacore Guild to show his former Guildhouse representation on his new customized master armor.
There are more advanced stations, additional units and teams, experimental trails, generic zones, medical breakthrough, and Guildmaster's private labs that usually work also with the Science Guild. They are side by side on the same level.
The stairway up to these Guilds is DNA shaped.

The Science Guild house's lights are green hued for Sirrinal blood color. Its how you know your leaving Pharacore and entering a new Guild as they are close together.
There are many different branches in the Science Guild, each holding a specialization and under a Guildmaster.
The Biohazard Unit was a big focus during the days of the Black Death Plague and among other contagions, including the vampire epidemic.

The Food Guild
One of the most prestigious Guilds, its not easy to get into and many cadets hate being drafted into it. Only real talent and loyal trusted subjects are allowed to make the King's dinner.
Sometimes newcomers are 'tested' here to see their resolve.
It is always red light lit with slow jazz like some horror movie date night.
Like the other Guildhouses this one also has branches that play parts to a whole. a Fowling Party is sent out monthly to hunt down food and a Forging Party is sent twice monthly to scourge the galaxy for fresh herbs and plants. They also have their own Kitchen Armory for knives and the proper art of skinning.
There are blood draining rooms and big fiery oven pits for pizza.
Chemical vats for artificial flavors and a pizza lab where the King's Pizza Puffs are made from top secret from only senor chefs. Cadets don't ever do this task. The Pizza Puff vending machine must not be compromised, its a welcome treat for all new members.
One of the upkeeps is massive freezer cubes that open and expand and shut tight cold.
There are no waitresses on the NEO, its done by Slider Servers and that carry the food and drinks that spin around on a resolving belt straight from the kitchen.
There is always fresh food on the line 24/7 rotating out, different themes daily.
Anyone can go to the great hall and eat throughout the day or night.
A special 'deliver' team helmet for 'fast food' delivery through the NEO. Guildhouses, special events and ships returning and going on missions make BIG orders.
This is usually a cadet manual labor task.
it has a rewarding patch badge for the fastest delivery without ruining the meals.

The Navigation Guild.
Home to ship captains, star mappers, dedicated to explorers and seekers. The Guild of King Sorin
In the Dark shadowy center of the NEO, the light shines. Treehouse like ledges and panels are affixed along with strings of light. The Guild members live here in peaceful study away from the screams of training and rollacosters.
Ship captains rest here and crewmembers take shore leave and off time in their home away from the ships. Sound proof walling and backing helps.
This cozy nook is perfect to study the maps of the stars and plot out new courses, its also home to the Historical Societies Library. So cadets can study freely here even if they aren't Navigation Members during study hours.
There's a tree side café for students separate from the Navigation Guild's private lounge.
The best most duteous of students can unlock a special gauntlet for their armor.

Search & Rescue Guild
Focused on specific forms of rescue teams and squads for different situations. Many are also apart of Battledome and Pharacore, in a joint effort to save lives.
They focus more on saving and bringing survivors back to the Neo then war efforts.
Their armor usually has wings or horns to express covering and power, and the legends of old.
Alot of their motif is classic Skyros, sky kingdom style with energy bubbles and pink crystals.
(The patch of the team leader, the herald symbolizes Princess Everland)
The first captain was Princess Everland who started the search for Shard.
Members Patch also features the pink protection bubble.
Past Search and Rescue heralds - Everland Starker, Cherry Sweete, and much later, Princess Blythe
There has been a rumor the position is 'cursed' as the past team leader Heralds, all met tragedy in their searches. Everland's search for Shard resulted in her own disappearance, Cherry faked her kidnapping leading a war to start over searching for her. Others between them all met awful fates. Blythe has been the longest surviving Herald though she too lost her cousin, Typhon on a mission.

The Benefaction Guild who guides newcomers, savages, aliens and refugees into REAL society, the NEONETWoRK.
Their housing is on the side of the NEO next to the water pathways - poo resort looking area. It is a fun upbeat place where newcomers stay and get acquainted before getting sent to their assigned dorms. Because its meant to amerse and seduce outsiders to their way and get the to stay long term, and want to be apart of the NEO.
As they have fun they will be evaluated; some will be deemed lost causes and go to 'Reeducation' they work closely with them to send off the sick of the mind.
There are big screens with fun music videos and Sorin PSA always on and always watching. There are slides and water boats moving throughout the NEO but at first means of travel is at first easier with stepping push carts - no one should go on a big wild coaster their first day
There are many branches, Greeters leading welcome parties.
Sharers delivering and driving donations. Tailors to make clothes and modelors to display them.
They work closes to the Food Guild to always have snacks and drinks to keep everyone happy.
There is nightly entertainment, theater shows - most of them are cadets forced into it as their weekly tasks and the dramas, plays and solos can be terrible and embarrassing.
But everyone loves a good laugh. They perform behind gates and platforms and may be pelted with food.
Historical plays and pagnets are acted out. The Stardom branch are professional and do shows monthly.
The real 'Stars' preforming in the NEO Bal - the big NEO BALL dancefloor raised up on blue light.
Some are washed up celebrities of the NEO, crippled soldiers and traumatized nurses who retired here.
Many are just weak species, or humans and cant do harder tasks.
Gapping Sorin mouth drains you down into the main area in the middle like a tidal wave.
There is a big BEN-Golf course with fun cartoon owls shapes to pose with and themed after cartoon happy Staker bird nest TV show the kids love called 'Beny' (rip off of Bluey). A massively popular sport is space-golf themed with Star-kers.
Ben Golf - Black Owl is Ben, the little owls are Dawn (red) and Drizzle (yellow) the preschool show is having fun with grandpa.

The King's wife is usually the Guild leader of welcoming newcommers, a holo message is recorded from her, but they die so often. There has been many Guildleaders.
Every Valentines Day Sorin steals some of Boren's culled females and brings them in. The newbie uniforms are green and called 'greens' till your a cadet.
This was started by Guildmaster Sir Gregorian who was very hash on the new girls, he wanted to find a star to build up and live through.
