Youth:

Juliet was sheltered from the harshness of the universe and the tunnel / Blonde slave class by her sister Jem. She was warned to stay home and would spend her days fanaticizing, reading books, and studying. She falsely believed her sister was a famous Actress after discovering Jem's spy closet and disguises and thought that was why she had to keep away from the public, because of paparazzi and the like. This cover-up was perpetuated as Juliet would be shown footage of her spy missions as movies.

The Lost Generation:

In 2254, during the Boren / Valentine's Day vampire attack, Juliet was separated from her sister. Juliet awoke in the wreckage of the Slothonia Village and like others couldn't remember what had happened. She also had a bit of head trauma and didn't think to seek out her sister through antenna telepathy. She was found and rescued by Sebastian Starker who was ever the gentleman and very kind and gentle with her. He carried her around and kept her warm with his jacket. Juliet was profoundly touched by his chivalry and developed a lasting crush on him.

New Prophecy:

Juliet was brought into the cadet program to train under the other Lyratisans in the Reeducation Center. Although she wasn't a 'medical nurse', she would go with the Nurse Troop when a Reeducation Center cadet rep was needed on missions. She and Lasha Liakris shared an interest in reading and talking about book series.

In 2259, she was present when Desmond Deathwalker was brought to the center after he was accused of eating Meredith Sulez and then subsequently Beolan Starker and Blythe. Shortly after they escaped, she assisted Sebastian/Boren in acquiring materials and data so he could clone Meredith.

Abilities:
Mental & Emotional Manipulation White Noise soundwaves which take the sound of insect noises.

Wings. Telepathic Antennas. Sonic Soundwaves.

Advanced ability to Learn and Accurate Memory Recall.

Weaknesses:
Her attention and thoughts easily drift. She's also a hopeless romantic who can get distracted by her fantasies. As a Lyratrisan she has a weak physicality.

Maybe not necessarily a weakness at least from her point of view because she doesn't think about it or have reasons to hide her feelings, but she's easily emotionally 'readable'. (flushes green, excited ear wing flaps, sad droopy antennas).

History:

Born to the Trydein Galewind and the Lyratisan Jole Mizzree, he raised him among Lyratisans who worked for Sorin's kingdom. After his father died in Boren's attack on Slothonia, his grandfather took a more active role in mentoring him. Cole was put into the cadet program to serve with his grandpa and mother in the Reeducation Center. Due to being allergic to water, his grandfather Dr. Dave Mizzree thought of the 'brilliant' idea to have him be a technician for the medicated water treatment facility in the basement of the Center. His grandfather's reasoning being that Cole could be trusted to not 'get high' on the job since he couldn't partake in it, and as such would also be able to figure out and experiment with the chemical formulas and dilution percentages without a personal interest in it. Cole did not ask for this job.

He's sometimes called away to perform errands, since, beyond personal experimenting, setting the manual settings or running solution tests every so often, and actually delivering the finished product, the system just does its thing own thing. Despite his grandpa's initial seemingly trust in him to run the water treatment center, his grandfather tends to assume that if something bad happens it might be Cole's fault, since his job is so 'low maintenance' in his opinion that he'd have time to go off and get into trouble.

Trydein Tiger Form: Due to being of Dyingsun pack descent, his tiger form is orange and black striped fur. It also has his Lyratisan characteristics of his black wings, antennas, and horns.

Siren: Alluring trance song (only to those that can be attracted to him), tail ~~(which if he's lucky he'll only see when cleaning himself with pure chemical-based cleaning wipes. Because Trydein.. Stay way from water. And don't even think about breathing underwater.)~~

Weakness:

Water & Siragan Blood Allergy

Because of being a Trydein who can't have water and partially Siren he has poor stamina and is easily dehydrated.

Note: Does not have trydein god killer bite due to being part water creature.

History:

Dave, more commonly known as "Dr. Mizzree", served as a Psychological Doctor in the Reeducation branch of King Sorin and Sebastian's kingdom. Therapy of just sitting around and listening to people didn't make sense to him. It seemed slow and inefficient. So he treated his patients in a more drastic way. Given the variety of problems dangerous patients might have, he made a variety of treatments to retrain the minds of individuals. These 'therapies' were usually intensive and used a cocktail of drugs, natural Lyratisan mental manipulation white noise, and correlative stimuli brainwashing.

He was the son of the Lyratisan Malady Mizzree and an unknown Siren who his mother had devoured.

At the Neoplant, he treated Ettimay and subjected her to constant hot lights for her Xern-ness and drownings for her witch-ness. However, she didn't break under these conditions, and rumors swirled of her bringing bad luck, as things seemed to get worse since she had arrived, (like Zorra and Zeek's kidnapping). Dave felt even more pressure to 'cure' her and became even more unorthodox. He aged up his newborn grandson in a self-deluded belief that child innocence and purity could cleanse Ettie's aura. This too failed and in fact, Cole freed her. His son Jole, turned on him for what he did to Cole. With all this pilling up, Dave really started to lose it and convinced himself he needed 'the purest of children' which in his mind was Alicorns (and by extension equines in general), to pure the corruption.

In Mosaic, he treated Desmond Deathwalker after he was framed for eating Meredith and subjected him to drugs, correlative pain stimuli to eating people, and mind-altering white noise. He also briefly held Beolan Starker, putting him in the problematic fire-powered / pyromaniac's room, locking him to a pyre, and setting him on fire.

During the Chaos attack, when Myra's eye went crazy, Dave had a nightmare of being eaten by slaver fishermen in a desert while his mother Malady watched until she morphed into Meredith and ate him. After the vision, on edge given what he just mentally experienced and without druggy water to calm him down, Dave then fought Galewind, blinding one eye and taking out her arm before he died from bloodless as she had ripped out his neck. He revived though after Ettie splashed him with Sebastian contaminated water and fled to the pool. Where he spent time getting eaten and revived by goldfish.

At Meredith and Sebastian/Boren's wedding, Dave ended up evolving with Bash/Boren's infection evolution.
