Mosaic City, capitol city of Sebastian Starker's planet, Slothonia
Formally the Village Sanctum before the destruction of Overlord Boron's attack (2254)
Then the next destruction of the NEOplanet that followed forcing the village outpost to be the new capital of the kingdom.
Much of the village was destroy by a crystalline ship crashing to the ground, it left countless shards that were used in the rebuild leaving a stain glass aesthetic and cultural importance of the crystals both destroying and bringing in a new age free of the curse. (supposedly)
The roof and walls are very enclosed, not underground but urban structural confided, with little view of the sky showing. There is damage to the ecosystem/skyline from the aftermath pollution so they really have to amplify the light into it.
The waterway is how the city channels energy instead of solar power, it also takes townsfolks across in boats and is home to aquatic species.

(Meredith was in the Bloodwatch station during the vampire mission at the time and not stricken, now considered 'the last human'.)

On June 27, 2259 after months being held inside the Solymth Energy dome, Klaus Sulez escaped and blew up the castle and the surrounding courtyard with a moonstone bomb. Shortly after in retaliation the rest of the city was bombed by a massive powerful telepathic squid-hybrid brain bomb by the Infected.

Peacekeepers, the renewed, remnant Battledome soldiers of Mosaic
(Due to destruction and months of non stop survival it would take a full year before the first 'patch' was placed)
Many remaining soldiers of Battledome Guild, Bloodwatch guards, and of course angry survivors who wanted revenge and other older cadets were all brought together in under a new crest and creed. There were always more refugees and freed prisoners to draft in, hungry for purpose. King Sebastian didn't think carrying on the old Battledome was necessary now in their new era and called his soldiers, the Peacekeepers.

Time were tough after the destruction and losses, there was no time for making new suits, suits were scrapped from older ones, etched together from the ruins and spray painted white. Most did not transform but were upkept by the owner with their merit updates and personal belongs and touches.
The HQ was near the water way where boats were stationed, they would also get across the different levels on transporting platforms and pads to move around quickly.

After the return of City Hero Meredith a mural honoring her and the Bloodwatch Station was placed near the HQ.
Peacekeeper Doren in the Peaekeeper Station office, with its great rainbow displays on the wall of their HQ, court and holding cells. The cells weren't very big, prisoners were expected to go to the Reeducation Center or be banished by the King.
It was never met to be a prison.
Later on, in better years transforming pin weopens were in place. They continue the angelic feather, sky and rainbow motif chosen by King Sebastian. Many thought he had rainbow Sirgan wings due to this choice but of course no one saw them.

Peacekeeper Tamsin, a royal cousin of the King was given charge during the era of Mosaic. He died a little after the vampire attack (Xenon) of the King and the following siege leaving the soldiers without a leader or order as the King was ill.
The remaining Peacekeepers would be on their own and take advice from the allies' soldiers who came to 'help'.
When the King woke up, (The Imposter) he never picked another Peacekeeper leader, trusting none of them.
Peacekeeper Tully wore a squid black cape as Princess Blythe's personal guard to his white armor. He was considered a high ranking soldier, even older ones listened too during the siege - as her personal solider and right hand man, though originally sent by the King to spy on her. He too was attacked and killed by a vampire (Klaus) during the middle half of the siege.

Due to the loss of the NEOplanet and many of its masters, Guilds at first were broken and combined or rebranded to help make a new home for themselves.
The Builder's Guide was a combination of the old Forge Guild Iron Beasts and the Tech and Computers Guild(s) Neotronics.
The Overlord's crystalline neon light tower that crashed over the village had many colorful pieces to use as a base.
Till then there were many campout tent days and nights of community mourning and healing.
They also used remains of their spaceships at times and were grounded on the planet in rescue, repair and construction for months before being able to travel to other worlds and gathering more supplies.
The first ship that was restored since the destruction, 'The Pinkerwinkle' that made its first voyage to the old Blood Watch station.
Mosaic examples of unique rebuilding's slowly going up and becoming more connected like a glass patchwork as the big walls and high domes, bridges and stairwells bound them together.
The big high ceiling stainless like crystal domes carried on NEOplanet's 'mall' like design with big open areas of nature between with more levels of buildings.
The green areas 'parks' inside the compound would be aligned and connected by stepping stones, that featured now long lost badges and merits.
In the middle of the campus connected inner city was the castle, accessible to all the Guild HQ buildings around it for meetings and joint work effort, training areas, announcements of public gatherings and party events.
The public Lobby for the Castle and the 'Royal Academy' once years passed and every Guild could have their own building, training area and HQ for proper return to the old system of cadets and cycling of duties among the fractions.
The Iron Beasts and Neotronics were able to have their own own groups again and live on their own fractions.
Attempt's were made to maintain the culture, but nothing could be managed as well as it was on the NEO in such a massive scale. Everything was very scaled down to fit.
The Benefaction Guild had to scale down, they didn't have mass hordes of charity to pass out nor means to hold all the new arrivals like on NEO. New clothes, new supplies, new care packages had to be rethought and given in smaller qualities to go around. It was terribly hard to mange funding and donations towards orphans and war widows.
Weekly aid bags were attempted to be brought out and many charitable, volunteer events, parties and donation raffles were held by the group.

They were color changing, so members could tell when they were getting wet - from all the water ways to not ruin their creations.

The Food Guild no longer was as powerful or scary as it was before, they had to focus on keeping gardens alive, and sending out foragers constantly and they lacked their server robots.
They did weekly pizza picnics in the grassy areas around the compound and bonfire communal BBQs and ice cream socials once food production was good again. Much of the food was lab grown with lack of clean sources raiding the Overlord's tainted planets.
Instead of one big Great Hall to be the cafeteria, many smaller restaurants had to be managed. Many resorted to fast food to keep up with demand from so many.

The big muli doored cube Freezers were rebuilt after some years and placed in the castle kitchen where they thought it would be safest near the King.
The New Food Guild Mosaic Patch
More interior room examples of, gathering areas, shop set up, dorms and studies, lounges looked after years of craftmanship was able to be achieved.
The blue stone mosaic design was reserved for the center castle area and more private rooms for the royals use. It was less rainbow, hued to show regal STAR-ker status.
The Starker Throne
The royal Starker starship build after many years of work, it hanged above the sky ceiling as a chandelier in the ballroom.
Then it expands out to be the King's ship.
The Star-ship fully expanded.
Many fountains were spread throughout, stocked with fish.
The water ways that powered the city were also artistically designed throughout the city in elaborate pools and fountains or murals depicting the pool fish can be seen in halls and allies of the compound city.

The New Navigation Guild of Mosaic.
Sorin's chief Guild was kept crippled after the loss of its leader and the NEO.
Instead of mapping and logging, the new order became focused on focusing on space traveling, getting ships up in the air, attacking and conquering the Overlord's hybrid planets.
King Sebastian had the new logo made in honor of King Sorin's armor pin badge.

King Sorin is in many of the décor now tributed as a star, a king in the skyline.
It took 5 months for the first ship to be crafted, the Pinkerwinkle and more followed all named after those lost.

There was no more transforming armor and much depended on the Builder's Guild to be rebuilt both ships and armor.
When resources were better and they had their own HQ again inside the mosaic city structures.
They started again to map out courses in planets unvisited or un 'liberated'.
Space Travel suits more simplified from the rebuild.
Gateway big stone seal, they guard and watch, another duty of Navigation as it involves travel.
Liberating planets from the Overlord's control was the main focus after taking resources from each one, many planets were tainted the blackblood and rendered useless.
Orc Trophy Collections gave out merits and rewards, a trend of collecting fingers from the orcs to show kills was popular from the old NEO days.

The final stage of the city's transformation under the imposter has the castle and surrounding areas covered up with stones to dim the burning light walls a bit more.
Plant life , mutated vervain was controlled to spread out and take over much of the walls and hallways. It was originally to keep the vampire prisoners inside and weak. Then later used to grown and incubate the Infection.
Based heavily on Nurse Ettie's drawings. That's unknowingly dark lord influence appealed to dark hearts like the Imposter and Sir Gregorian.
