Just an Afterthought

Fuck..fuck...

It just looked worst and worst down here as I venture further down a underused tunnel path, I thought it would be clearer then the entrance Francine and Eiden always use but it was so MUDDY.

(Elsin): "I'm just going to go back..this is ..too weir-"

"Are you a coward or something, little mud gets to you?!" I snap challenging him. He frowns at me and speeds through it looking equally freaked out.  

He stops seeing a flesh dough balls lined up in a row.

(Elsin): "Holy shit, you guys ARE cannibals!!"

"Uhh I never saw that before in my life..."
I proclaim TRUTHFULY but he runs away anyway.

Shit...

I look around very confused at the dark atmosphere and tiger guts everywhere. WHAT THE HELL

"I missed a fight! Nooo fair!"

Tesla would be disappointed too but.... he was still possed....
It was pretty scary I dont know where he went.

*stabs a flesh ball with sword to see if it screams and feel APART*

Adamaous:

We arrive in time to catch Emerald playing with something she should not.

"Stop!"

I pull her away from the flesh clusters.

"There are dark souls inside, should you damage their prison they will escape and cause further havoc."

I look at her puzzled that she would so flippantly disect such a dark object especially after a night like this.

I try not to be overwhelmed at the quantity of clusters lined in a row.

I sense for Mooni and am relieved to discover that she was alive and resting.

(Francine) "What should we do with them?"

Francine asks regarding the flesh balls.

"Burry them."

I respond simply before turning back to Ettimay.

"I'll be back with Klaus shortly."

I promise before teleporting off to find him.

Eiden:

I get very nervous at how quiet they all were. Like something BAD happened or was happening and they weren't going to tell us any-

I was surprised when I get transported over with everyone else. I try to take comfort in the fact we were underground again.

Who would EVER willingly go out there!??

Honestly Constantine wasnt WORTH IT.

I had been feeling confident after dealing with my first real 'Xern' encounter but the last few hours made me quesion really if I wanted this at all now.

I cringe not sure why there was unbaked bread all over the ground.

Mr. Rapce stops Emerald from stabbing one.

(Emerald): "What weirdlock? How was I spuosed to know? That's gross." She snaps defensively at his reaction and looks down at them. My eyes widen as what he says hits me.

not bread....

(Ettimay): "They need to be put.... outside the camp... maybe near the rockslide.." She looked on horrid at the mess down here and seems to somber up from her detached zone out glance

"Oh no..."

What happened? Was there really no escape anywhere from the HELL the last fww days have been!

"Mum! Dad!" I grab a camera but it was smashed in. I walk down deeper the tunnel afraid now what I was going to find.

Francine:

I look at the skin clusters perplexed.

Ettimay instructs us on where to put them.

Dad teleports away.

I glance over at Eiden wondering if we had to move these things now or...?

*Sees him run down the hall.*

"Eiden, wait up!"

I go after him.

The place was a complete mess.

I really hope Noomi is ok..

I think to myself while following after.

CT:

"Mum..."

I try to wake her again but to no avail. I barely heard the announcement we could leave now on the speakers. It was so quiet. Too quiet.

I get her down the hallway trying to reach the medicine den but she lost so much blood and was so quiet...and cold...

*trauma denial detached face bumping into Eiden on the way*

(Eiden): "Hey?? Lady Abigail. Cosa-Teto what happened?" He helps me with Mum and I struggle to let go of clenching her arm.

"So...me..th..thing threw her to the wall."

The door was already propped open, so many wounded and those rushing around. Edien sees his mother helping and relaxs a bit as he comes in taking my mom.

(Katrin): "You two are in so much trouble for disappearing!" She says in regards to Francine and Eiden..before adding "but honest I am glad you weren't here."

(Mooshie): "Ya! Tiger boi went after ya Francine, crashed right into your room and trashed it...Tojan put him in da dungon!"

She teases Francine EVER jealous of her and Eiden and ever eager to get one up on her in some way.
I was SICK of hearing about it. I help with mom and stay quiet numbly.

Francine:

It was quite gut wrenching observing CT's reaction going down the hallway.

That poor girl..

Eiden assists her with her mother and I look over at the both of them helplessly.

I should find Mooni, things are really bad here which is a great reason for concern.

Eiden's mother approaches us in a scold.

I blink back at her stunned, not quite sure what we did wrong.

Did mom and dad not tell her about the mission?

Mooshie says something about my room being trashed and I look at her coldly.

I did not like her tone.

"Excuse me."

I leave them to wander over to a cot where I spotted Mooni to see if she was ok.

Klaus:

I ditch the warlock and head straight for the tunnels.

It was apparent to me of Adamaous' intentions so avoiding him was rather easy.

I dodge the skin clusters, taking a wide berth around them before making my way to the infirmary to see where I could be useful.

(Trojan) "Klaus! We are so glad you made it back! What happened?!"

"Would rather not say.. where do you need me?"

(Trojan) "We are holding some of our people in cells. Would you care to check on them?"

"Will do."

I make my way over in a really foul mood.

Eiden:

"That was mean."

I say simply to Mooshie not sure why she was this way around Francine.

"You should worry about your brother, hes still out there.."

(Mooshie): "He is?"
She runs off and I wonder if I started something there.

Ooops.

I was glad to see Mum well and up helping not on a gurney hurt like so many others, we certainly went well passed the mission though I don't think its our fault Halloween came early. Its probably Constantine's.

"Everyone else ok??" I ask of my siblings and father finely pulling out of her hug.

(Katrin): "Yes, just some cameras are down, he's trying to fix them.."

"Ok.." I let go of her hand so she can get back to work.

I was relived after seeing Rowan and CT's Mum ..dead or nearly.

I dont want to look back worried at the news, poor CT. Rowan not coming home was enough to take.

"Is she ok?"

I ask seeing Francine found her mum on the other side of the room then look over at the door at the quick appearance of Klaus back.

He is just as discreet at what is going on as Adam and Ettie were but I was glad to see him back here too. Things just felt safer.

Ettie:

*hides behind rock near the flesh balls as Klaus returns ALONE.*

Oh my Dane.. Adam is ..DEAD.

(Emerald): "Hey?" She looks at me confused at that weirdness.

Honestly I did not trust her to burry them well enough. One of these was CEASAR.

"How much have you dug out to the rockslide site.."

I ask nervously as she gives a rather vague estatement.

"Ok...try to get through it... there was quite alot of shaking on the ground It might be open now..."

That is a terrible thought though now that I think what was on the other side..

I drop the plant back home on the table near the couch and try to find a led box in a closet that I offen use for dangerous relics.  I flash it back to Emerald and instruct her to seal it in the forge. I wish Tesla was here to do the final touches but he wasnt.

I have to settle for Crimson to assist her instead and he was not the brightest here.

He does a victory fish scream holding up a shovel. Emerald snickers.

I flash off leaving them to it to help somewhere else.

Jupiter:

I pace frustrated sensing and hearing so much.  I glance over at the tiger curled in a ball.

Now he deserved to be here but ME? Really!

Klaus comes over looking pissed and I gave no shits about it.

"Let me out! This is a waste of time!"

I snap not in the mood for his shit right now either as I let the bars burn me by gripping it.

I could probably get out of here If I REALLY tried.

Francine:

"I think so."

I say in response to Eiden's question while squeezing her hand a bit.

"I hate that she was here without dad."

I vent out loud. 

"Would any of this have happened if we just stayed inside?"

I question.

How is it the moment we left the tunnels our home fell under attack? 

It was only our first mission too..

Klash:

"Please Jupiter, do enlighten me on your definition of what is going on here."

I strut to his cell before taking a step back at what he was doing to himself.

Bloody HELL!

Yes, this is definitely convincing me not to let this sour chap out at all.

"Are you mad?"

I raise my eyebrows at him disturbed before wandering over to the next one.

He was rather boring.

I was more inclined to let this sad sap out instead.

Adamaous:

I eventually arrive at the tunnels in frustration.

Klaus escaped me.

A rather childish move on his part but I suppose I deserved it.

I wander to the infirmary to check on Mooni as I now sensed Klaus had made his way back to the tunnels on his own.

Jupiter:

It was apparent Klaus was here just to hackle us and had no intention to free me.

I pace in a panic unable to sense Abigail now...

Oh my Dane...

"You all don't trust me... still after all these years then I'll leave! I am sick of this disrespect I should have let Tully give it to you good...you'd like that wouldn't you! Your a hypocrite to everything you stand for."

I let go of the bars defeated feeling like it was now too late for me to do anything anyway.

Eiden:

I give Francine a sympathetic look at what she confides to me. I look at her stepmum with a thoughtful nod.

Mrs Rapce had the special warrior honor blanket though so she must have done well.

Francine asks me a direct question and I try not to think of the last disaster that happened the other LAST time we went out too resulting in multiple injuries.

"Well..." *denial cringe as I look up at the ceiling and then back down*

"No its probably Constantine's fault..."

It was logical to think the hags came early because of him, being on the surface. He was the chosen one freak of nature after all.

Francine:

I bit my lip at Eiden's response.

I really did not want to believe it, but the last few times we were out there Constantine was present.

Both times he was in a very different way too.

Perhaps he is cursed, perhaps its best we do not see him at all?

"I think I am just going to go to my room."

I turn to make my way down there completely forgetting what Mooshie told me

Klash:

I raise my eyebrows at the miffed one's tangent and stroll over to him again.

"How so?"

I challenge the lad.

He was quite dramatic wasn't he?

Jupiter:

I stare at Klaus tiredly. Did he need a list?

I had a rare view to not have been one of his dumb street urchins or born here to believe he was such a monumental leader.

I was here for very different reasons and doesn't that show tonight...

"Your mercy is cruel. If you wont trust me, kill me. The world above was superficial, fake.. conspiring its supposed to be different here?  So many of us live a lie and it still isn't enough for you..I rather go back to being a fake then really try my hardest to please you for nothing....."

Klash:

I sigh in exasperation, when the prisoner takes his current situation quite personally.

Nonetheless!

"Have you ever stopped to consider that perhaps you being locked up here has nothing to do with you at all?That perhaps it has more to do with the demon who took control over you!?"

Does he have no memory of the passed nights' events at all?!

I try not to lose my temper in the process of talking the young lad down.

"Noomi will be up shortly to make sure both you and your friend are no longer possessed at which time you will be set free."

Jupiter:

Klaus tires to play innocent with his intentions. But it just wasnt true.

He was posssed too and it did not matter did it?

Many where possssed before Noomi trapped them. BUT There were only certain individuals that where only here..me and Moores....

"What about Ettie? Where is she?" I ask when he offers me Noomi to come next for more 'torture'.

Another Debbie Downer....

"Is your wife not aware enough to do it... that I get the gardener??"

Klash:

I raise both my eyebrows in amusement when Jupiter asks about Ettimay instead.

He did have his favorites didn't he..

"Fine, fine.. I shall see if she has returned, if only to speed up this miserable business."

I flash off annoyed at the lippy prisoner, not really caring at this point if he left or not

Ettie:

I try to free fallen rocks as so many tunnels seemed to have given away as if the ground was all shaken. The great hall did not fair very well but at least it was empty.

I think the kitchen staff was stuck in the back though as I hear muffled calls.

I find I cant levitate it at all.

  I try in vain and pace frustrating watching others work on the rocks much slower but effient.  
I failed them all to much for any words of encouragement so I go to leave to help somewhere else, already noticing the flooding water from one of the underground cannels.

And scented blood lots and lots of blood.
I stop seeing it wasnt a wound but a tunnel having a nose bleeding.. not just one everyone of them.

*twitches at Klaus trying to hide nose bleed AFRAID internally but not sure WHY*

Klash:

The scent of Ettimay's oh so tantalizing blood draws me right to her.

In fact, it seemed everyone here was bleeding..

*Twitches.*

"What the bloody hell is going on here?!"

My fangs retract and I take a step back finding my struggle for control far worse this night than most.

"Your assistance is required at the holding cells, but perhaps you should get that nose bleed checked out first?"

Ettimay:

I finch sensing his fangs, fighting an old fear I had thought I over came. I take a short nervous breath looking down pressing my nose harder with my arm's sleeve.

"I.t..its..like when we were locked in...the albinos all at once...."

I panic a little worried for all the tunnels now, blaming myself, I must have done something on the surface to warrant this repercussion but I cant remember.

I stop myself from acusing Klaus of erasing my memories. It did not feel like a smart move.

"If everyone is sick, they need help more then me. I'm quite familiar with this sort of thing ..now who am I seeing down there?"  
I try to understand what he wants.

Klash:

I think back on her meaning.

So this could be a curse?

"Well then, where is your bloody sorcerer and his famous shield now?!"

I jealously snap before making my way towards the holding cells.

There are less creatures there..

"Jupiter and the young Moore lad, Neo... Nero is it?"

I hold my breath in an attempt to concentrate.

"They like you more than me. I personally think letting them out is a bad idea. The Jupiter fellow is stark mad."

I snicker to myself before turning back to her in amusement.

"I believe they were put away for either rowdy behavior or demon possession. Perhaps both?"

Ettie:

I was a bit relived it wasnt Adam in the cell at Klaus's snark comment, but I do not think either of the 'prisoners'' named I could do much for anyway though he claims they like me more.

"Is that what happened? I don't remember so you should decide their fate, not me."

I stop nervously wanting to get away from him.

Klash:

"Well dearie you weren't here for the big fiasco so why would you remember?"

I question her rather strange response before fluttering my eyelids at her facetiously.

"But I suppose if I am to make the judgment call, leaving them locked up for now would be best would it not?"

I shrug before taking in her timid disposition with much intrigue.

Ettie:

I look at Klaus almost painfully in confusion.  Was he mocking me? I ..I deserve that.

I force myself not to look down or I'll be draining more blood. I could feel it in my throat.

"Right. There's too many... damages and injuries to deal with first. ..and..someone on the ..surface is mad about..something.."

I try to excuse, feeling awful. I SHOULD go down there. I should say something..anything to them.

I stop myself from leaving like a dumbass.

"What about Constantine?"

Klash:

"What about him now?"

I respond while wandering right up to her.

There was too much blood now for me to ignore.

"He is alive and well if that is what you mean?"

My pupils dilate much like a wild animal's would at her overpowering scent.

"Do you not remember seeing him at the bar?"

I ask in confusion but at this point not really paying attention as I remove her arm from her face and suckle away at her blood.

Ettie:

I cant even be shocked at his comment about seeing Constantine. The mortifying action made me sick but I was too afraid of him attacking me if I fight him.

I manage to keep still composure for a few mortifying minutes and then try to wiggle away from him slowly.

"Klaus I ..I..mean now.. Constantine may be in danger..if this is happening to me..this is revenge.. did.. I kill something up there?" I assume its my fault, if hes not bleeding..but then the tunnels?

"Y..you should go.. protect him. Theres to much blood here. It..your not safe."

Klash:

Ettimay disrupts me from my moment and I snap out of it.

..........

I try to regain my composure but it was rather hard.

"No, I do not think this is about you."

I think back on the astrological event involving the moon for a moment before taking off at Ettimay's instruction after our son.

Ettie:

Klaus leaves me with yet again something quite cryptic, did he mean he did something with his guild ideas or Constantine did something?

I was already out of the loop before this, I had no idea what they were both doing behind my back.

But apparently I can be of no help to them since I cant leave down here for a damn minute.

*wipes spit from nose grossed out*

Far too disturbed to go to the disturbed souls down in the cellars

Adamaous:

Mooni was still in a coma.

Using black magic was such a mistake.

I think to myself before my nose starts to bleed. As does everyone else's.

I sense a curse upon us but it was hard to tell..

I get up and light a few candles, strategically placing them around the tunnels in an attempt to create a shield against it.

"Ettimay are you alright?"

I catch her in the hall looking disturbed.

Did Klaus leave again?

*Curses under breath.*

Ettimay:

I was lightheaded and try to snap out of the daze and remember what I was going to do before.. Klaus..
I must be really out of it If I did not even sense Adam coming up. with his... candles.

"I...I sent Klaus to the surface because of all the..blood." I clarify for him not sure how to answer his initial question of my wellbeing. I was surprised to see he had the nose bleed.

"You too? I blurt out awkwardly, feeling bad I did not want it to sound like I questioned him being one of us again. I recover by playing nurse and wiping it with my hankie.

Mainly SO it didn't tempt me because I was already quite weak from Klaus's feeding. Though I noticed now nothing more was coming out since he touched me.

*stops to stare awkwardly at Adam's mouth moments before the next curse hits*

Adamaous:

I snap out of Ettimay's gaze trying not to be sucked in AGAIN.

"I am almost done shielding the perimeter. Hopefully this will keep whatever is attacking us at bay."

I respond modestly, despite this being the same shield used to protect the late Governor's household and..

 *cringe* 

..keep Beolan Starker at bay before his execution.

In short, I had full confidence that the shield would hold up.

"Who do you think is doing this?"

I try to change to subject while lighting another candle.

Ettie:

Nothing happens to his mouth so I think that was some sick fantasy and look at the wall disturbed its come to this with him, I was struggling to tell what was real anymore if I cant remember so much. This night felt endless and I was so tired.

"It happened before.. right before you.. remembered and left for a bit... all from Albion died at once. It came from inside them, internalized. I'm not sure who but they wanted us to stay down here in exchange for .. Constantine."

Did I just send Klaus to Constantine? Right now...
I suck in a breath.

"Oh...if your here I should... go see if anyone needs help. Imagine the line to your office if everyone is sick at once." I try to tease without giving anything away as I inch away from him.

"Goodluck."

Trying to sense where the perimeter break was so I can ..ESCAPE OUTSIDE once again XD

Adamaous:

I watch Ettimay go not entirely convinced at her mental state.

*Is about to go after her when I am intercepted by Mooni and screamed at for being a lying, cheating bastard.*

Francine:

Eiden and I are in the middle of sucking FACE when Eiden's sister interrupts our moment.

I look around my room trying to remember what I was doing when I think of Nero.

"We should go find Nero."

I suggest, before leading the way to the cells, kind of confused why our guys were still locked up?

*Opens the door for everyone.*

"Is everyone alright?" ;D

Nero:  

I gag feeling deafened that horrible ECHO in my head. Jupiter storms out the moment Francine opens the door. He had no blood on him.

(Eiden): "Oh... *looks around knowing better but just was kissing Francine and cant think straight* " well CT will be happy her step dad is here now."

Since her mum didnt look good....

In the background he is screaming for little Castor and Thea to get the FUCK OUT out of this deathtrap

"T..t...thank you!" I hug Francine overly emotional and shaking from the ordeal. I will never look at Trojan the same way! I say it a little TOO LOUD because DEAF

*Eiden glares from behind*

Francine:

*Castor and Thea can be heard skipping across the floors hand inn hand after their father.*

Creepy little things..

I try not to be distracted by the disturbance Jupiter was causing, or better yet, my mother Mooni, and focus my attention back on Nero.

"Uh.. no problem?"

I frown not entirely sure what happened nor that I cared to know.

I'm sure everyone was greatly embarrassed from this night..

*Awkwardly pats his back as I cringe hearing a scream which was soon silenced.*

Eiden:

I cant believe I am STILL up I am SO tired.

*cant even grasp we are in the  dungeon*

A blackfire demonic goo tiger walks out and disappears fading away.

....

"Who was that?"

I get a chill and then see Nero grasp he was WAY into her personal space and let go.

(Nero): "Oh yeah...that other tiger peed on your stuff not me..I'm gonna...get em!"

Runs after him awaaaaaaay

"I wonder what happened where when we were gone?"

Everyone must have went crazy...

Francine:

I raise my eyebrows at the creature wondering if I should not have let everyone out.

Whoops...

Eiden comments on what happened here.

"It was probably not dissimilar to what happened at the bar.."

Everyone went mad...

"You look tired."

I glance over at Eiden with a small smile.

"You should sleep. I have been bed ridden for the last couple of days so I'll be fine and I should probably go check on er.. mom and dad to see if they need any help."

That's going to be a fun scene to walk into...

Eiden:

I look over at Francine in her reasoning to let everyone out.

"That makes sense but its weird it happened here, it never did before..."

I eye NERO before he disappears out of sight.

(Zev): "YES Eiden, lets get." He pulls me with a yank up the stairs.

"Bye Francine!"

Francine:

"Night!"

I try not to laugh when he is dragged away by his sister.

She was a real cutie.

*Wanders into mom and dads scene shortly after to come across a glass eyeball rolling away.*

Woah?!

I chase after it and pick it up before storing it away in my pocket.

How did Ettimay manage manage to lose this?

I tune back into scene to see Mooni wailing like I had never heard her before.

Dad manages to get to her other side and hold her from behind.

"Dad what is it? What's wrong?!"

(Adamaous) "A prolonged effect of her use of dark magic... that and something I told her."

I groan in exasperation before rushing over.

"How can I help?"

(Adamaous) "Talk to her. We'll take her back to the infirmary and she will have calmed down by then."
